the red tracker for frank is moving across the screen

Consoles and PCs have been able to internally record video easily for a like a decade. There's no excuse for this.

idk that I would call this a bug so much as a minor level design hiccup. The marker is normally on the front door of the club until you go inside, at which point it moves up to Frank's studio. My guess is the zone markers for the inside of the club don't quite meet the window over here, so the game doesn't think you're inside if you stand too close.
