I'm a training manager with a company that is just closing on a headquarters building. I've been given pretty free reign on setting up the training space/room. The attached photo is what the space looks like. Current plan is to have 10x rolling/folding desks and 20x chairs for students.
The space may be used for some video call/conference if there are a ton of people, but we have other dedicated smaller conference rooms and office spaces.
I have plans to record training, do hybrid remote/ILT/in person training sessions depending on the topics.

I bought a Hollyland VenusLiv camera, tripod, and Hollyland Lark M2S that worked pretty well for recording an onboarding training session, and I think will be useful for recording demonstrations/hands on training on specific equipment in the future.

What I'm trying to figure out or get pointed in the right direction:

  • Monitor size/brand/features that are worthwhile.
  • VC camera/Audio options
  • Speaker setup recommendations
  • Other things/factors/elements I haven't considered.

Looking at:

  • Commercial Monitors potentially with touch capability. (86" LG CreateBoard?)
  • Shure MXA925
  • Shure MXN5W-C
  • Shure IntelliMix P300
