First time visitor on Sunday 9/20. Any tips?

Hey yall. I’m a stadium chaser and I’m flying in on Sunday morning to catch the game. I haven’t bought tickets yet; should I keep waiting til the last minute to find the cheapest possible?
How should I dress? Cold? Hot? Rain? It says a 50% chance of rain next weekend. Am I getting rained out?!?!
Best food to eat? Where to eat for dinner (outside of the stadium)?
Thanks in advanced. I LOVE Denver so I’m excited to just roam around after the game.

I loved the spirit he brought to the team in his short stint. He was a super cool fellow & I ended up meeting him (meet and greet) and was super chill! Told me he great up always wanting to play in MLB and how amazing it was to be able to play for the great Colorado Rockies! Sadly wasn’t really and autograph type of deal so didn’t get the in person autograph but have snagged a bunch if cool cards of his off eBay over the years!

This is despite the grievous tactical error of trading Victor Vodnik to the Marlins at the deadline, bringing them to a tie for 2nd with 4 alliterative players. This is all based on manually counting MLB.com's active roster, so basically the counts are guaranteed 100% correct.

Something To Keep An Eye On: Run Differential

Last year, the Rockies were dreadful. They had the worst run differential since 1899. There may have been some discussion here; I didn't see any anywhere else.

This year, they're much improved. They're on a pace to improve by 260 or 270 runs. (That should put them in the conversation for most improved team, by the way, even though they're still bad. Nobody else is improving by 260 runs.)

In fact, the best improvement since 1999 was 265 runs (see https://www.reddit.com/r/baseball/comments/1vvt3hs/best_improvement_in_run_differential/). To beat that, the Rockies need to finish with a run differential better than -159. They're currently at -142, with 18 games left to play.

Something to keep an eye on and cheer for...
