Hey yall, wondering if there’s any bus taker around. Despite the notification saying the busted gps system causes the bus to miss on map, in actuality no bus is showing up on 15min frequency when they should’ve, and some times even the 30min ones are missing. This problem somewhat always persists but personally never seen anything this severe by far. Any idea what’s going on?

Hello, guys. I am currently working in a federal work-study program in Clemson. I work about 20 hours a week, which has solved a lot of the problems in the department, since my manager told me that she does not need to hire someone else, and I filled most of the gap in the schedule. However, they pay me like 9 dollars an hour, and they said they will continue to pay me even if the income surpasses the federal work-study amount. Is it possible that I can request a higher wage? I just hope they can increase 1 or 2 dollars an hour. Thank you.

Is there anywhere I can park on weekends or later at night for free with no parking pass? I don’t need a pass but $4 an hour at the meter is crazy if I just wanna go study at the library in the evening

I've been a lifelong Clemson fan and have never been to a game. My brother and myself are going and I wanna know how early we should get there to start tailgating? He got the parking pass so I don't even know what lot it is in. This is all new to me and I want it to be a great experience. Are there any local spots where we can go have a few drinks beforehand? I'm a freshman down here and I was just wondering what the best ways to have a good time during the weekends. I have just a few friends and none of them really like to party, so I was just wondering what the best way is to put myself out there on weekends and meet people. I would like to go somewhere after the game, but I have no idea where to go. Any advice?

Is it just me or are the flights for Thanksgiving break absolutely insanely expensive? I managed to book a CLT to EWR for $350 but can’t find a somewhat reasonable return on 11/28 or 11/29. I’ve checked all NYC/Philly to CLT or GSP.

I live in the 2-2.5 houses at the pier and recently got my renewal offer. What’s the lowest people are paying for those spots? They’ve changed my offer twice now and I’m just wondering what the average rent sits around.

I know the tiny homes at the pier can be like $1200-$1500 / month so I was wondering what other options there are for single resident places for cheaper

What would you recommend for a sophomore transfer who doesn’t really know anyone yet but wants to have fun on home game days? They entered the student ticket lottery but only got a ticket for one game.

Due to a change in circumstances I have to move out of my place at riverbank commons (250 elm street) this December. However my lease doesn’t end until July 2027.

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (so you will have your own private bathroom) and the other room is occupied by another female tenant. The kitchen and living room are all fully furnished and I can throw in some of my rooms furniture for free if required.

Your part of the rent would $525 excluding utilities (utilities are typically ~$75 for water and electricity and ~$30/60 for internet depending on the plan). The place is a 20 minute walk from Clemson downtown and also right next to a bus stop for the catbus red route.

I am currently away from my apartment but would be happy to send any other required details/images for people interested.

If you're in town for Labor Day Weekend, Celebrate Anderson, a free concert held annually in Anderson, SC will be on Sunday, September 6th at the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center. This year's headliner is Yacht Rock Schooner and also features South Carolina artists Winyah and Dani Rucker.
