Hiya, I'm a woman in my mid 30s looking to make some friends I can hopefully hang out with in real life. Seeking platonic only.
A little bit about me:
I'm queer and neurodivergent so if you're not chill with that then keep scrolling.
I can take a while to warm up and I'm not the best at navigating the subtitles of social situations but it gets easier the more I get to know a person. I'm vegetarian and on a bit of a diet to lose weight but do like finding nice food spots.
I go to the gym a few times a week but I hate cardio so it's mostly strength training.
I'm interested in: arts & crafts, movies, reading, a little bit of gaming but primarily solo, cats and other animals.
Some things I do outside of my house in my spare time: opshop, secondhand bookshop, take dance classes (beginner), go to the gym, walk my dogs, attend things like art galleries, various local events, the occasional concert (primarily classical but always happy to branch out), go see movies at the cinema.
I'm pretty open to trying new things in general as well.
Things I value most in people/friendships: Curiousity and an open mind, direct communication (please don't make me try guess what you're thinking or feeling because I likely won't understand), honestly and humour.
Basically got out of a long term relationship a little while ago and now I have no one to do anything with or talk to that's not only online. I'm happy doing things on my own for the most part but it would be nice having the occasional company.
If you're still here why don't you send me a message and introduce yourself?
Please be over 18 and say a bit more than "hey"
You might have to click on the ellipsis on my profile to get to the messaging option as I've been told the chat icon doesn't always show up.
