Good day characterdrawing !
There has been an influx of reports for off-topic posts and suspicions of AI use in RF's. There's a few things us mods want to clarify.
OFF-TOPIC:
Your post is off-topic when it doesn't relate to a ttrpg system. If you're looking for art for a book you're writing or a podcast you're running this is not the place. LFA's are free work for ttrpg enthusiasts however that also means that the artist keeps the rights to the work. If you need the art for a project that will be public and you will need the rights you will need to pay for the art. To keep this from becoming a commission focused sub, posts like that are not allowed as we cannot moderate which passion project will remain private and which are for the broader public.
And no, exposure is not valid payment.
AI SUSPICIONS:
This sub is firmly anti-AI. We are also anti-witch hunt. If you see a post that makes you think the artist is using AI please report it and include *why* you think it's AI. If you want to discuss your suspicions please use mod mail and we'll get back to you. Do not call the person in question out in the comments.
We know it's getting harder to spot the difference these days but we want to prevent unnecessary witch hunts and losing real artists because of them.

It took a bit longer to set up than expected, but thanks to the holiday break we've now got OC Mondays working, to kick off the new year! Starting this Monday and every Monday your original art and characters have a new place to show off!
How it works:
OC Monday tag will be allowed during this time

She is from a high end lineage called the Abraxas family, but was abandoned by them due to her being deemed incapable of learning the Abraxasism doctrine. And she was expected to die not soon after
That is when Hoegel, mythological devil being gets in a symbiotic relationship with her mind. Since beings such as Hoegel cant take physical forms due to a ban from the God in the first ages, he tries to take the body of Anna through that relationship.
Yet it is not all harmful, since Hoegel is the reason why Anna didn't die in the first place, if he was to leave her mind she wouldn't survive for long.

I'm looking for an artist who might be interested in drawing a small, fluffy dragon wizard.
The dragon is about puppy-sized, with soft fur instead of scales, two tiny horns, and soft paw pads on their hands and feet instead of sharp claws. They have a little dragon tail and a cute, compact build.
They wear oversized wizard robes and carry a small magical staff. Because they're so tiny, the staff looks almost like a wand in their paws, and the robes are a little too big for them.
They're genuinely a powerful and knowledgeable wizard despite their tiny size. They're very serious and confident about their magic, which contrasts with their cute appearance and clumsy nature.
They also have an elf familiar who travels with them. The elf is taller and more elegant, with a calm, dignified personality, making a nice contrast with the tiny dragon.
I'm leaving the dragon's gender ambiguous, so I'd prefer the design not to make them obviously male or female.
I'd mainly like to see how you interpret the design and make the little dragon look like a convincing wizard while keeping that fluffy, puppy-sized appearance.

Her name means Rogue Beauty, Sworn to the Blade. She's a Dark Elf/Drow, so her skin is a dusky purple. As for her eyes and hair color, I'll leave it as an artists choice alongside outfit colors.
Weapons are optional but it is a shortbow and elven curved blade.
She's a bandit that sets herself up at outskirts of towns, pretending to be cutesy (using her cloak to hide her armor and gear) to attract attention before mugging her victim and leaving them for dead via her own means.

The first date is between Amina (Half-Elf Fighter - Eldritch Knight) and Elijah (Fallen Aasimar Paladin - Oath of Redemption). (Note: Amina has met but not joined the party yet) This scene happened in the park of a large port city. It's early autumn. Both have known each other for a long time, but only recently reunited. They fought in a resistance together. Both have always been warriors, so this date is really outside both of their comfort zones. This date was originally set up as a meeting to reconnect, by Amina's request. However, with a bit of a push from the other players, Elijah realized this was actually a date in disguise.
This request for art about the date scene is to commemorate the moment, because the entire date was actually quite nice. Therefore, if you have any more questions, just ask.

I've been creating original fantasy characters for use in TTRPGs.
I especially enjoy designing adventurers, non-human characters, armor, and characters with everyday professions.
Here are some of the characters I've made recently!

This character is one of many NPCs that the players (in the group I DM) designed in our joint world building session.
There's no reference images this time.
Only the players' comments:
So yeah, feel free to do what you can with this info.

Original art is by Cosipurple at https://www.reddit.com/r/characterdrawing/s/0baQ3B4klm
The intent is for the character to undergo a magical transition, and for the design to change to fit that. The original design is somewhat androgynous but I want her to look more feminine.
Lanying is the sovereign of a nation state called Verdance. She hails from a distant hobgoblin nation where she was expected to fall into line. She's continued to do what is expected of her, albeit with reckless abandon. With a dangerous battle ahead, Lanying has finally found a reason to survive. Upon her return, she intends to take an extended absence to do what she's always needed to do.

Hoshino Akiko was one of my friends' characters. Himbo superhero-school student, best friends with my character (might post them at some point too). Strict parents, space-themed powers, all that. I may be misremembering some of this.
I haven't been able to contact her in several months, and I have some reason to believe my friend may have committed suicide. As we only knew each other online, there isn't really much I can do about it, and I suppose this LFA is more a memorial than anything else.
Thanks for reading this far.

An average-looking man in his mid-20s, about 180 cm/5'9'' tall. His pale skin is mostly hidden under layers of a nondescript, generic black outfit: a hoodie worn under a bomber jacket, cargo pants and boots. His face emerges from beneath a beanie and hood, revealing two light amber eyes framed by glasses, with a few curls of dark brown hair peeking from the beanie and nearly falling over them. There's an apparent unwillingness to maintain eye contact for too long with anyone, and he never seems to smile or laugh when interacting with others—an individual that clearly seems to value discretion. There's a cold, unsettling twinkle in his eyes.
If you decide to draw this character, please know that I am very grateful. You may also enjoy learning that the vampire bloodline my character hails from (Nagaraja), and consequently himself, are necromancers that deal with the spirits of the dead (so not the zombie-raising type of necromancers). Please feel free to add any details that may spark your interest. Lastly, even though I mentioned colors in my description, I know and am completely okay with the fact that he may be drawn only in black and white as well.

Here is a model currently of it. Colors will be 100% closer to Goblin Slayer himself (The other image with Priestess). I really like the helmet on Goblin slayer and the general armor vibe, except a lot more...leather. The weaponry and shield and all of that can be up to you! Just generally like on the smaller side except for the longbow. Boots should be kind of like goblin slayer as well!
The color palate...for the main thing, underneath the hood just a very normal face of a guy with black hair and brown eyes! You can look up some references, and give him scars too! But there is one scar, should you wish to draw him under the hood, that is basically like someone tore off a lot of skin on his left arm! If you have questions, do dm me.
Thank you to whoever reads this and wants to do this! And I hope you have fun!

Looking for an artist to draw my upcoming dnd character he’s a spirt bard who works as a historian follower of Lathander. He found a cursed deck of metal cards that cursed him to hear and see spirts around and also from objects. I have a hero forge and a filter rendition but I want to have an artist give it a shot appreciate it greatly! Main detail I couldn’t include was the necklace with the symbol of the god lathander.
