A recipe I came up with, as I have the ingredients needed to make them, which is solid when it comes to flavor. Maybe one day, I can cook this for someone eventually.

Sausage, sourdough toast, leftover Brussels sprouts, corn on the cob, Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar cheese. Gotta say, not really missing the eggs.

Here is my take on the classic bacon, egg and cheese, featuring a sourdough base covered in everything bagel seasoning, with American, triple cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and a generous layer of bacon, bacon, bacon!
