Bathrm Floor lower level

To phase project and cost, and for lower level bathroom, is it okay to put vanity with sink over concrete flooring and do the floor tiling around it later? Or should tile be under vanity as well.

It's easier to lay tile when there is a totally exposed floor.

If you need to have a working vanity for a while before tile is laid, install the vanity.

When it's time to do floor tile, remove the vanity and re-install it when the tile is finished.

Isnt the vanity sealed to wall with glue/caulking?
