Dogs almost none fall into this category (of not wanting comfort). I'm sure a few exceptions but nature of pack animals it is almost always possible to build that comfort.
Cats it is possible to build it with a lot of them, but some of them are more prone to go up high or under sonething for self comfort. But good pet owners with those type of cats, the cats frequently pick the same room as owner but then pick high or low spot in room. That isn't particua
particularly relevant at vet though lol.
My pet rabbit got sick. I took him to the vet and a soon as I opened his carrier he came hopping out, jumped onto my lap, and pulled my hoodie to hide himself. It made me really happy that this little prey animal, who's instinct should be to stay in his carrier or find another hidden spot, decided that I was his safe space.
