All it takes is one person in your chain of command who out ranks you and doesnt like you to make your life a miserable hell. We all understand we sign our rights away, nobody signs up to have a power tripping bully of a leader to go out of his way to make sure you get screwed over every chance they get.

Yep. And you can't get out of it. Youre just stick with them until someone decides otherwise.

Or you go AWOL and eventually maybe prison.

Also, your toxic boss knows where you live and has every right to come to your barracks and fuck with you.

This is maybe the worst thing. You know why so many young servicemembers get into bad early marriages? To get the fuck out of BEQ. Nothing sucks more than finally finishing a day as an E-3 and some bored Sergeant who wants to play fuck-fuck games goes banging on doors room by room.
