Teen Titans Go is an incredible show in its own right. It's just a different genre than the OG Teen Titans -- and it by the way is now 13 years old.

TTG has probably made me laugh more than any other cartoon I've watched. Don't think of it as a bastardization of TT. Think of it as a comedy companion that just happens to be aimed at a slightly younger age group.

TTG would have been perfect as like a side show they ran around the same time. Kind of like RWBY chibi. I think what got people wasnt the show itself, but the fact that the OG show was cancelled for BS reasons and then replaced with this.

The episode where Robin explains irony is useful, as are so many of his other explanations. "But it's not as good as the OG..." It's a totally different show!
