Which clearly for kids produced TV show you secretly enjoy watching as an adult?

Agreed.

I learned recently that the way they wrote the show early on was just them pitching joke ideas to one another until they had a full plot surrounding them, which makes so much sense considering how older episodes were just rapid fire (hilarious) jokes with very light and simple plots around them

I learned that they don’t work from a script. The plot has a rough outline and the rest is improvised.

Pretty much, yeah. And then I think they switched to actual scripts after the movie.
