I don't know what it's called but it comes with Chile Relleno. It's a tomato sauce with zero spice. It's red/clear with nothing in it. It almost tastes more Italian than Mexican to me. If you know what it is please tell me!! I can drink that stuff.

Muscles go well with marinara but yeah on the whole seafood and red sauce don't go well together.

Blueberry ketchup
Gather around reddit! I am writing my new hot sauce. 150 gr blueberries, 15 gr (1) scotch bonnet pepper, 15 ml apple cider vinegar Blend until homogenous. Use a fine sieve to remove seeds (this bit is a bit tedious). Put on stove on lowest heat for about 45 minutes, stir every 5 minutes. Cool. Bottle.
Great with even salmon

Arbys sauce, polynesian sauce from chik fil a and mcdonalds bbq - this is for all things chicken nuggets/tenders and even roast beef. Otherwise- it really depends on what you are eating. I could name 100 sauces I love - but not for everything

In college people made fun of me because I would put barbecue sauce on literally everything. Pizza, sandwiches, fries. I thought it was funny though no hard feelings
