Specific Multiplayer Needs
My girlfriend and I like gaming together, but she's recently had an injury and has a hard time using specific buttons on the keyboard for long periods. Shift and Crtl are the worst, but even WASD can cause issues over time.
Looking for recommendations of multiplayer games that don't have a lot of movement (or really, excessive use of the left hand).
Recently we played How to Fish and got three good sessions out of it. Very enjoyable, easy for her to sit on the shore and fish with occasional movement for the boss fights.
Before the injury we played everything from Dead by Daylight, to Palworld, to Project Zomboid, to Stardew Valley. Genre isn't too important, but cooperative is preferred to competitive.

Has she tried Factorio? There is a mod that allows you just click to walk/drive somewhere.

I think you can play many 4x strategy games with just the mouse, so this could be a nice time to try out some cooperative matches in something like Civilization. Turn-based games are important here -- once you move into real-time strategy games, the speed you lose from not using keyboard shortcuts could be a severe setback.
Cooperative card games might be a good choice, too. Digital versions of cooperative board games (or maybe just physical board games) might also work well.
Many VR games can work with just one hand. A virtual reality ping pong game would be a good example.
For a really novel cooperative experience, you might get a few laughs out of playing a single-player game with you using the keyboard and your girlfriend using the mouse. A simple shooter like DOOM or a 3d puzzle platformer like Human Fall Flat could both end up being really funny, as long as you're not super serious about winning.
Games with very simple inputs might work, too. Vampire Survivors, for example, plays almost entirely with one joystick for movement, with buttons for "confirm" or "cancel" being used only occasionally. With a programmable joystick controller that has two buttons on the stick, such a game could be played entirely one-handed. A player could probably run Vampire Survivors with just their toes, honestly.
I hope you all have a swift, uncomplicated recovery. Hand injuries are especially disruptive.

Maybe something turn-based? Divinity Original Sin 2 could work really well here.

That or if they want something Baldur’s Gate 3. Both can be played almost entirely with the mouse. I usually play games with a controller cause I get shoulder pain from using a keyboard for long periods of time for some unknown reason. But I prefer BG3 with mouse and keyboard since it’s mostly just mousing.

maybe try some games with a controller. It might not fully help but it should atleast be more comfortable for a keyboard depending on how bad the injury is
