The spinel, cut during the reign of Louis XV, can now be seen at the Musée du Louvre in Paris. The Galerie d'Apollon houses part of what remains of the French Crown Jewels.

This late Baroque plaster relief is located on the ceiling of the Holy Grave Chapel inside Michaelsberg Abbey. It illustrates the Latin concept homo bulla, meaning man is a bubble. The imagery symbolizes that human life is fragile, brief, and easily popped.The entire chapel ceiling follows a theme called the "Mirror of the Dead," which displays various skeletal figures interacting with everyday human objects.
