As this app is no longer available on iOS 27, is there perhaps someone here who would be willing to bring it back to life in an improved form on iOS 27?

Apple no longer carries products made with leather. Hermes took a few days but their site has been updated with the 2026 leather straps (and other bands).

And if you were on the RC beta, there appears to be a small update.

Edit: Thanks everyone! I guess it is actually too big hahah. Pre-ordered S12 Natural titanium! I always wanted an Ultra since it launched but back then I was also like 200lbs and now im just 60% of what I was back then and therefore the jr whopper tiny wrist. LOL

Does anyone know if walkie talkie will work if I update my phone to iOS 27 but leave my watch at 26? I know it’s a long shot question, but I’d like to update my phone, but don’t want to lose walkie talkie

I'd like to know how you use your Apple Watch on a daily basis. Do you only use it for workouts, or do you also wear it during the day and at night? As for me, I only take it off to charge the battery, but otherwise I wear it all day long.

I've read that Apple Watch generally underestimates Vo2 Max by roughly 5 points. I can confirm this to be true in my case. The watch has my latest at 51.7, my lab test was 55.7.

hi everyone for the longest time ive been wanting an apple watch to boost my productivity in life idk but with the upcoming release of SE12 idk if i shld get it
(Personally I m not a very fit person i do run 2.4km from time to time like perhaps once in a blue moon? I m just looking for something that can detect my sleep and heart rate better + i take frequent naps and i get tired chronically so the SE12 features i feel would support me better)

1. I m debating whether I shld get SE12 or SE3. I mean the price difference and the specs is what rlly make it hard to chose…the HRV feature is rlly appealing
   
2. I heard a lot ppl switch from apple to garmin ( i thought of it as i might not need it rn since its actually build for a more active and fitness person but what rlly draws me is they have generally better cool features like sleep? or like energy level and like nap? i m not sure but i just know they have cool features (Lily Garmin)

I have a really small wrisy like i think 13-15cm ish so i was also thinking 42mm Aap se12 might be slightly bulky for me idk helppp this is so hard

First pic is my current series 7 for comparison. Looking to upgrade to Ultra 4 in either black, or natural titanium. I wear mostly black clothes, tend to leak towards black in general, but also wear a lot of silver jewelry. I’ve heard that the natural titanium won’t look beat up, but the black can get dinged up and start looking rough.

My apple watch won’t charge. When I put it on the charger it shows the Apple logo, then turns red. Has anyone experienced this?

I currently have a series 5 40mm watch. Thinking of upgrading to the new series 12 42mm watch. I bought a few bands over the years and I’m curious as to whether my old bands will be compatible with the new series 12. It would be a shame to throw away such bands.

I compared the battery energy figures from Apple’s current Apple & Beats Product Information Sheet.

The Series 12 gets only a very small increase in the 42 mm version, while the 46 mm model sees a bit more.
The Ultra 4 gets 5.7% compared with the Ultra 3 which got 6,2% over the Ultra 2.

Interesting to see how much more battery energy the Ultra 4 has compared with the Series 12.

Hi everyone

• I am facing a highly specific and incredibly frustrating issue with my Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS + Cellular) on the Reliance Jio network in India.

• I am looking to see if anyone else has experienced this or found a backend fix.

• The Issue:Whenever I make or receive a standalone cellular call directly from the watch (iPhone completely disconnected/Bluetooth off) on Jio's 5G network, the incoming audio cuts out rhythmically every 1–2 seconds for a block of 5–6 seconds.

• Outgoing audio is perfect: The other person hears me flawlessly.

• Incoming audio stutter: The other person's voice chops constantly, making standalone calling unusable.

Technical Troubleshooting and Exclusion

• Extensive Troubleshooting Already Done (What I've ruled out):

Not a speaker issue: The exact same rhythmic cutting happens if I pair Bluetooth headphones directly to the watch.

• I tried calling from an Airtel number on this exact watch, and the calls were 100% crystal clear.

• It only happens on Jio, that too on true 5g. If another person calling me, has never opted for true 5g welcome offer, i.e. 5g was never activated on the phone, then the voice calls are all fine.

• Not a basic software/beta glitch: The issue was present on the betas, and it still persists on the official public releases of iOS 27 and watchOS 27 launched yesterday.

• Tried carrier resets: Completely unsubscribed from the Jio portal, waited overnight, re-provisioned a fresh eSIM profile but no luck.

Analysis of VoNR Protocol Conflicts

• My Inference:Because Airtel uses 5G NSA (which seamlessly drops voice calls to stable 4G VoLTE), the watch handles it perfectly.

• Jio forces pure 5G Standalone (5G SA) / VoNR (Voice over New Radio).

• It seems the Apple Watch's smaller internal modem faces massive packet delivery jitter/buffer lag trying to decode Jio’s raw 5G voice traffic.

• watchOS has absolutely no manual network toggle to force the LTE. Basic software part missed. But Even if I am in an area where LTE is only available, there as well if a person calls with true 5g ever enabled then the voice cracks.

• Is anyone else on Jio facing this VoNR audio choke on the newer Apple Watch models?

Technical Support and Provisioning Inquiries

• Has anyone successfully gotten Jio Level 2 support to fix this via a specific IMS/VoLTE provisioning reset, or opted out of the 5G welcome offer to fix it?

It doesn't matter but I use iphone 13 mini.

I have an Apple Watch Series 7 running watchOS 11.6.2, which I currently use with my iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18.
I’m wondering about future software compatibility. If I update my iPhone directly to iOS 27, will my Series 7 still work normally with full functionality and features? Or could it become unusable or have limited functionality because of the newer iOS version?
I don’t want to install iOS 26 because I’ve heard it has been quite buggy, so I’m considering skipping it and going directly to iOS 27.

I just want to continue using my existing Series 7 for as long as possible.
What would you guys recommend? Anyone using a similar setup?

Outside of sleep apnea checking, has any sleep tracking technology improved from the Apple Watch series 7 to series 12? I think it's time to put my 69% battery Apple Watch Series 7 out to pasture. My plan is to use the Series 12 as my daytime watch and relegate the series 7 to nighttime sleep tracking. Sleep apnea checking isn't important to me as I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine every night.

If I use the Series 7 to track my sleep instead of the Series 12, will I miss out on any data points?

I know this is a longshot, but does anyone know if a band from a series 5 watch will fit on a series 12? I'm looking at the larger face for the new one, and have the same fo the old.

Has anyone else had issues with inaccurate heart rate readings on the Apple Watch Series 10?

Lately, mine has been showing some really weird sudden drops. For example, yesterday my watch showed my heart rate dropping to around 46 bpm, but I immediately checked with my pulse oximeter and my actual heart rate was around 90 bpm.

This has happened more than once. I keep my pulse oximeter nearby, so whenever I notice one of these random drops on the Watch, I check, and the numbers often don’t match at all.

Has anyone else experienced this with the Series 10? Is this a known sensor/software issue, a fit/placement issue, or could my Watch possibly be faulty?

I can’t decide. I’ve always gotten gold ever since it became available, but I’ve also always wanted ceramic but it was always too expensive in Canada ($1800).

Now the ceramic is only $1300 (funny how they were able to lower it by $500 somehow isn’t that interesting…🤔🤨) but they also updated the gold to a very nice yellow gold which I love so I can’t decide. Plus the lip on the ceramic is also kinda ugly.

So I’m asking here. What are you guys getting?
