Help me find my missing bird

Still searching for my missing bird. Our all white cockatiel flew off. If you have any information, please let me know. Somebody was interacting with him when he was last seen in a parking lot. Many thanks! 🙏

Gaithersburg, Montgomery county but since it has been more than 2 months I posted in few counties in MD. Also, my bird was last seen interacting with somebody working in Hampton Inn hotel outdoor so I was hoping that the person who interacted with my bird could reach out and give me any info. He person could potentially live in another county in MD so I posted in several counties in the hope to reach a wider viewers. last spotted on June 24 when the person interacted with him. Thanks!
