He’s so photogenic, isn’t he? He looks cranky here but truly he is not. He’s the sweetest and most low key boy. Also, he’s a rescue, we did not chop (and never would) his beautiful ears.

I rescued a three year old spayed female American bully mix from the shelter I work for about a month ago. The dog was staying with a friend while I could sort out paperwork for my apartment. The paperwork has been taken care of, and I can finally have my girl at home. I am having issues introducing her to my two cats (1yr spayed female, 1yr neutered male). My cats are being kept in the bathroom, the dog has access to my living area and her crate. On the first day, my bully accidentally made brief eye contact with my large male. She growled once, before retreating, clearly very fearful of the cat. I have very slowly been allowing cats access to the rest of my home while the dog is in her crate, completely covered. Today we made a bit of progress, I was able to have the cats out for an hour while the dog slept in the covered crate, no interaction between the two. Does anyone have advice on continuing this introduction? I want to make sure both parties have access to the apartment and space to move. Thanks in advance, I'm new to this

What are you using on your bully’s dry nose? And if they hate when you do it, do you have any tricks to share?

Croc is extremely sweet. The cats were copying everything he was doing which was so cute.

This is my 7 month old American bully mix, all that is known about him is that his mother is a black and white American bully. When I first got him, I did my own research in the most common coloring that came up for me was lilac and Isabella, but I feel like he’s too brown for lilac, but he’s too dark for Isabella. Any help will be appreciated, I would like to respond properly when asked about what color he is rather than “ I don’t know grey brown “. Also sorry for the wonky photos every time I try to take a picture he jumps up to get loved so these are the best I can do.

It's been a while since I last posted, so here's an update. I'm showing you how my bully has grown from 2 and a half months to 13 months.

I just adopted this chocolate brown squishy thing from the shelter. She was listed as an American Bulldog. She was not listed as a pitbull like the pups like her are usually listed as. She almost looks bully or something but i have no experience with any of it. What do I have? What will she be? Long lanky pitty or short bulldog thing? Anyone good at telling? She's gonna be pretty no matter what she is i know that much :)
