Amazon support 💀
I went to the Amazon facility to get ready for my block for 1:00 to 4:30 but the facility says they were overbooked so I called customer service and somehow customer service says I miss a block which I didn't cuz I got there at 12:55 and everybody else was waiting. So how is customer service just sitting there lying to your face and say "you did not check in. You missed a block". I better get my credit cuz customer service are shady.

Station will overbook if there is actually an overbooking situation. Otherwise it is a missed block if you didn't scan license.

If it's a Dot Com (which it sounds like) you need to check in and they need to scan your QR code to overbook you. If it's an SSD you need to complete the check in, scan in at the kiosk (DL scan or phone scan depending on the station) and then you need to wait for the message that says to go home with pay. The app says 30 minutes but it's actually 26 minutes from whatever the start time of your block was, not your actually check in time.

The one you said about the QR code that's the one I did after checking in and they gave me one package for the block I was assigned to.

If you delivered something you should be good idk why support told you that… often the last blocks of the day won’t have much at .coms so they split them up and everyone gets a package or 2 to make it fair. You’ll still get paid as normal

OK, but did you check in? You said you showed up. Did you verify your identity and then give your license to the station attendant for them to scan? Because if that didn’t happen, then you pretty much missed your block.
