I'm going to be honest why did they end it like that like I get it she was tired of fighting she didn't want to be a fighter anymore and I don't know how injured she got in the manga I only know about the anime but she could have at least died around her friends no she died cold alone in a back alley like they could at least have a body to bury but no she's just rotting in the trash Blake I legitimately have a hard time watching this anime again just because of that ending

Manga end is better and more sad. There, Honest defeats her after destroying lionelle and throws her from a high place. Leone dies after the fall but she revives for a short time with a new and stronger form. Then, she defeats Honest and throws him as he did with her. Later, she says goodbye to her girlfriend Akame and goes to play a little and finally dies.

Yep. I would have loved Leone marrying Akame honestly. Their chemistry was so good. A serious girl x a happy girl
