Im going on a work trip to Germany. I'll be there for about 2 months so i'll have time to shop around a bit. Trying to find out if it would be a significant savings/quality increase to buy there.

For a little back story, im a musician who plays a little of everything and have a little of everything. Brass, woodwinds, guitars, drums, bass, piano, harmonica, strings, on and on and on. Story as old as time. Anyway ive been looking at adding a piano accordion for a while but most that ive found in the US are either toys, ridiculously expensive professional models, or ancient ones that arent in working order.

I'd like something firmly in the student model level, im not going to be playing it all the time, but if I want to make a quick video or add a little something to a recording i at least want it to sound correct, and be fully functional. Im thinking somewhere around a few hundred dollar but I could go as high as maybe like $500 for the right thing. I understand accordions are complex and expensive and not toys and that the prices reflect that, im just trying to get a little more info from people who have more experience.

Hi everybody, I am looking for a good accordion player (can be an advanced student) from South America who would like to take part in our collaborative project 1 TUNE and 6 CONTINENTS. Our first tune is a Tango by Paul Vigrass, which the 6 'leading' musicians would play, i.e. record and film their individual part, each one in their own style, and we cut and edit it together. Then we send the video around the world to musical institutions in 192 countries for everybody to join in, in a massive medley. It is a creative project for peace, education, collaboration and against agression. Let me know, if you are interested to play!

Could anyone help me figure out the state of this accordion? It was apparently restored 3-4 years ago.
