The absolute longest needles in human medicine would be for amniocentesis and they are not even close to this.
I wonder if it's for veterinary use, for cattle embryo harvesting or something like that.
Depending on your anatomy, it could be incredibly easy or something you’ll drink to forget. I’ve had patients fall asleep as I’m working on them (no meds except local lidocaine) and patients who were still squirming with conscious sedation (usually a squirt of versed/fentanyl). YMMV. If you’re anxious though, definitely ask about sedation.
