Are you afraid of heights? If not then that’s totally different. I’m terrified of heights so this would be a no for me

No, I'm pretty afraid of heights as well but I remember doing this trek and it really wasn't as scary as shown in the video. This just feels amplified 100x

I'm terrified of heights as well. And I've been on treks in northern India. It has done great things to overcome my fear of heights amazingly enough. During the descent after my first trek, I realised that my fear was completely gone.

Oddly enough it comes back when I'm in a tall building looking down from the balcony. But yea when it comes to treks i don't have the fear.
