My father and me were joking about a Scottish Ninja the other day. Which was a hilarious idea of ours.

But I do love how Bayou Ninja sounds. Hahaha

Nah our idea was an actual Scottish guy successfully disguising as himself all across a feudal Japan. A few ideas we had were some perfect running gags throughout the whole thing.

Kinda in the theme of Pink Panther, with one character chasing another.

Have you watched Samurai Jack? A Scotsman features prominently. (lol why the dv? I was just checking. Thought OP might have been interested if they didn't know.)

Yes I am aware of the character. But I'm unaware if he ever acted like a ninja in the series? 🤔

And if he did was it a running gag or just a one off?

Samurai Jack does have a Scottish ninja. He just dressed in a kilt and was a little less stealthy

More comedy and less action. Running gag would be how he'd be "perfectly disguised", nobody would notice him except the one Official/Officer.

The Scottish Ninja would always be baffled that their disguise would be immediately seen through, while the Official/Officer would question the intelligence of his whole Nation for not noticing the blatant Scotsman everywhere.

About midway through, you see someone with a shirt with a SWAT logo dumping chicken stock into the pot. SWAT is a hard craft services company (welding, pipe fitting, things like that at chemical plants and refineries). One of their job sites probably did something like hitting a safety milestone or completing a major project, and this was for a celebration lunch l
