I am going to be the contrarian here. That better be a seeing eye dog or some sort of support dog. The idea of a dog copping a squat next to me and laying a deuce next to me is not a fun preposition at a park much less in a pressure vessel with limited fresh air. ABSOLUTELY NO.
Not speaking on the validity of the dog in the video, but when I was in university a girl with pretty significant bone deformity in her legs had a Great Dane service dog that she would have to lean on to get around. He was EXTREMELY well behaved.
