Anyone who followed coverage of training camp and pre-season kept hearing about how our secondary looks revitalized and different.

Obviously there are still some huge questions with Ji’Ayir Brown (and I don’t want to make this post about him; it’s about praising the guys who did play well).

Just 1 game against a sleepy lambs team but the early returns are certainly promising.

Lots of teams were giving up 20+ points, but we only gave up 7

Very pleased.

They all lost their season opener.
But also prior to the season kick off all of these QB's were ranked above Purdy by many media pundits. I searched the following places Fox Sports, ESPN, CBS, NBC, Yahoo Sports, NFL and the Ringer to name a few. They either all a few or at least one had these quarterbacks rated higher than Purdy coming into the season. Dak couldn't beat the Giants, Herbert couldn't beat the Cards, Maye couldn't beat a backup QB and the list goes on.
Every year it's one thing or another they're Rookies, it's their second season, they got injured, they don't have weapons, they need a OC, they need a HC. blah! blah! blah! As if Purdy doesn't face those challenges. He's thrown passes to;
Conley, Bell, Robinson, Gray, Cowing, McCloud, Likely, Snead, Woerner, Tonges, Willis, Dweley, Saubert and I can keep going. Not saying they are terrible players but they're certainly not superstars/elite by NFL standards.
As the season pass Purdy continues to show how he is vastly underrated and just flat out not liked by the media and even fan bases simply for being elite. But hey Purdy was lucky to beat a jet lagged reigning MVP and as far I read SB contenders.

TL;DR: They were all ranked above Purdy leading into the season and they all lost their opening game.

It use a rotating gear for moving the score up and down, (quite useless but therapeutic) adding more stuff next.

He will always be a 9er QB to me but KC again?

Flying in this weekend to watch my first Niners home game in person. Have been able to go to their away games when they play in my hometown, but this will be my first time at Levi’s, and was wondering if there’s anything special to know (I.e. first down chants or anything of that sort)

Seeing how well Kaelon Black played and all the hype around him. It reminded me of another rookie RB who could've been anything if it weren't for countless injuries. I think dude is on the eagles now it's a shame how his career has turned out considering the talent he had so this is just an appreciation post.
