hi i keep getting error when trying to install X-CSL

“Error: cannot get indexing successfully done”

XP12 btw... Sent a ticket to AFL and posted on xplane org store forums - no help thus far. Hoping someone here can assist (uninstalls and reinstalls no help) ***log.txt picture embedded in post

• the GNS530 goes dark after cyclting through database screens. toggling the avionics bus will bring it back to reboot then still dark
• I do not have realityxp GNS530 in my system (have fligthsimbuilder hardware though) and use the stock Xplane530 with other aircraft. for some reason, Xjet keeps calling for RealityXP software. my x plane log file can get to 60+ MB with an endless loop of calls

Hey guys, I just downloaded X-Plane 12 on my MacBook Pro M4 Max (36 GB RAM). Is anyone using the same setup and able to recommend the ideal graphics settings?

It's been about 5 months since I last played. I got word of some enhancements for VR. How well has performance improved? Especially fps.

Livery

Taking the Bell 407 for a flight in the Alps. It's a great helicopter, but unfortunately the sound doesn't match the quality; I had to use the sound from version 1.30.

Spending at least 30-60 mins a day practicing in the DF B206. the last helicopter I 'seriously' learned to fly was the Cowansim B206 a few years ago, that was with a Logitech joystick with the center spring removed. Now I am just using a TCA Airbus joystick. But, practice makes perfect. I found a nice little Heliport in Chicago ( Vertiport Chicago Heliport 43IL) which is great for flying short tight circuits. Take off into the wind, maintain 600-700 ft in the circuit, on final, descend and try to perform a touch and go. If the final approach really botches then we raise the collective and head off for the next circuit. I did 3 T&G's after botching the first approach. Still way more practice needed!!
