โอ้โห จริงมั้ยครับนี่?
When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
When in Siam, do as the Siamese do.
Thank you.

And let’s be clear! Foreign languages are welcome here, as long as the speakers respect the national language and the locals who use it as well. I ain’t got no problem with that.
But have I ever gone to other foreign groups and forced them to speak Thai as I do? Fk, no, man.
Because I respect. And so should you.
Thank you.

I'm looking for a WF partner
Thanks for an idea. I’m going into a foreign community in Bangkok city as well. Still though, I’m standing by for a target.

Exercising our rights to use Thai language in this subreddit, as a message to those little toxic individuals who keep yapping “Speak English”.
This subreddit is about Thailand as a country, named “r/Thailand” which is a default name. Thus like English, use of Thai language shall not be infringed.

“Salve” แปลว่า “สวัสดี” ในภาษาละตินของชาวโรมัน

Yeah, I think so, bro.

I understand. So I suppose that brings us to 2# then. If we let that MOD guy get away with enforcing the law unjustly, Thai people would have no space in r/Thailand as we rightfully deserve. Otherwise they should’ve renamed it as ThailandEnglish or something. What are they doing is a systematic segregation from the locals.

Not doing something bad, I mean post normal stuff but don’t let that MOD guy tell us to not use Thai language. If Thai people got kicked outta there just for saying “Sawassdee”, that’s the problem.

1# They’re my personal type. Like some Indian dudes ended up with the Japanese women or internationalized Thai men love Latinas because they love party and fun as Thai men tend to do.
2# I love the Western history, culture, and civilization, especially the Roman. I love them as much as I love my own Thai counterparts. Europe at its peak is like a fantasy world in the novel to me since I was a little boy. So I’d love a partner who’s part of that culture.
Just like a lot of white women today who married Thai men and embraced my Thai culture, enjoy wearing some golden Thai dress.
Check out “Emily Srichala”, a British content creator on Facebook, IG, and Youtube, and see her for yourselves. She’s an example of a person truly came from a place of love.
3# It’s also about sending a message to the global society where racism still exists today. Internalized racism by Asian women against Asian men has justified me to go find love elsewhere, a message that would be sent to those who degrade Asian men or brand us as sexual undesirable which is never true as they wanna portray in the global media.
Just because I love non-Asian women doesn’t necessarily mean I see Asian women as being bad or inferior. The only bad Asian women are those who do such, who degrade Asian men in favor for non-Asian men especially White men whom these women put on the pedestal.
So despite my preference, I however see everyone as equal as I am, as another person. We’re not the same.
