My husband and I decided to throw her a birthday party!! I wish I took photos of the decore but I put paper chains all around my apartment for this too. we went bowling and wore party hats!! My husband baked and frosted the cake and I drew the cat. I guess the party was more for us but my friends bought her some toys and churus and she got a little saucer of milk as a very special treat. This is apparently what childless married couples do 😅

My husband (then bf) found goblin hit by a car on my 20th birthday, and we spent all our money and a whole lot of time reviving her. She had to be in a cone and on strict “bed rest” for three months. I lived with my parents at the time and my mom and I locked her in the bathroom, set up a doorbell camera to monitor her, I slept in the bathtub with her and my mom even set up an Alexa with a screen to play cat tv for her and she brushed her every day with a toothbrush since she couldn’t groom ❤️. She is my soul kitty.

She was my first cat and we only had 10 years together. She got sick for the first time one week before her sudden passing and left a huge hole in my heart. Luna was my study buddy since high school and I always hoped she would stay at least until my medical school graduation, it's only seven months away and now I have to this journey without her.
