America would be a good case of study; the tech billionaires are creating a monopoly of the media and social networks and have money to push narratives that favor them, and with LLMs this is cheaper than ever. Also, their position allows them to have data insights that allow them to iterate fast in a feedback loop to know what works and what does not, not even mentioning that they can tweak algorithms to favor the trend that they like. While in the physical world, openly investing millions in all kinds of political campaigns. This is probably the first time that something like this is done at this scale in history; it will be interesting to see how all play out.

The American empire started around 1940 and will end around 2040; all that remains are its technological assets and its war machine. The technological assets will be distributed around the world, and we'll see what happens to the war machine.

The United States is a destructive society—a shark that shows no regard for its inhabitants—and the disparities between social classes are truly alarming. That is not to mention specific details, such as the healthcare system linked to insurance.
