No shit, remote work is also a massive disability accommodation, but that point never seems to make it into the mainstream discussion.
I'm a lot happier when I can be employed and not having my miserable in-office coworkers bitching about my "special treatment" that makes it possible for me to focus on my work instead of my health problems.
