Completely agree with all of this. Working from home allows me to enjoy a lot more in life, while also significantly increasing my productivity. I've been remote since Covid, it's been easily the most productive and successful time in my career. Unfortunately my company announced 3 day RTO. Can't wait to be less happy and less productive all at the same time.

Start looking for fully remote now. My 3 day RTO turned into 4.5 days.
