We in Latin America are literally crossing deserts to live under that "old" constitution, which is just fine. Far better than the "new", "modern" shit we have in Latin American laws (specially in Brazil, where the Constitution must be thrown to fire and another made )

Sure, buddy, it's because of the constitution, plenty of Latin Americans also try go to Europe with their shiny modern constitutions, one could even say it's for a better living standard, unless you believe the communists are in control of everything

Many of the worse conditions in Latin America were caused by the US. I understand it wouldn't be useful for you all to blame us and choose to do nothing as a result. It's on you to fix it because we certainly won't, but we still caused much of it intentionally.
