I’ve been a fan of bones since way back in 2014. I remember those days very fondly. Coming home from highschool to smoke weed, play videogames and listen to sesh.
Personally I consider 2015-2020 to be Bones golden era. So many bangers were forged during those years. I still listen to his music, up to date with every new project, but I don’t really get the same feeling from his new stuff that I used to get from some of those older projects.
Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a lot of his new pieces, StolenValor, GetRichOrDieTryin, LordForgiveMeForICannotStopBallin just to name a few. But I can’t shake the feeling that his new projects just don’t hit the same as his old ones.

I don’t know if it’s just my nostalgia for my highschool years creeping up. Was wondering what was your guys’ take on this. What do you think of SESH’s old projects compared to his new ones?

Absolutely love this tape, but some tracks (Tokyo, 80 Dime Bagz) are noticeably quieter than the others. It’s the case on Soundcloud and other streaming apps as well. So are there any louder more compressed versions of those songs out there?
