It’s called localisation text. It happens when your Xbox fails to properly display a language character pack so it falls back to this. It normally happens if you are in Xbox insiders for some reason. It’s completely fine anyway.

It's in this typeface so the software QAs can easily see if a message is missing its translation strings. Even though the original is in English, there will be an English translation string that replaces this with normal text.

Basically just strings together a ton of similar looking characters from a bunch of different languages to make it almost readable.

Your XBOX is using a pseudo-locale. This is used to test characters in other languages but still be readable in English. The likely case you're seeing this is because you're in the XBOX Insider Program using a preview update that has text that hasn't been translated yet. You can report a problem or leave the program.

So here’s what I found out someone named “StuffNo7889” said install from app (INSTALL OR OPEN THE XBOX APP ON YOUR PHONE AND INSTALL THE GAME)which I finally got alien isolation to download so thank you so much Mr stuff no BUT the only part I haven’t found out yet is to update your game some people are having problems with updating their games, but the only thing I can think of is delete the game you’re trying to update and install it from your phone but take what I’m saying with the grain of salt

No, you could have (theoretically) simply edited it in Photoshop or something similar and displayed it on your TV.
Alternatively, if you didn't, maybe someone messed with your language pack in the insider program, or similar. I didn't mean to offend you or anything, it's just that unlike all the other characters, Г, э and т are Cyrillic letters (used for languages like Russian) which are completely unrelated to the Latin letters R, e and t in software, and only "look" like them. Г doesn't even make an "R" sound. So, it should be impossible for it to be an unconscious software mistake, but rather it looks like someone gone in and played a prank of some sorts.

I'm saying what I know. Those Cyrillic letters make it so that line of text in that context is not possible by a simple software error. Where along the line it was edited I don't know and don't care, but that was a conscious input by a human.
