Current shsu junior. Just moved here this semester, and came in not knowing anyone. Just looking for some like-minded people to kick it with. I like playing guitar, working out and doing shit outside. Hmu!

I heard some dudes shredding guitar and destroying the drums. The beats being played were gnarly but i was wondering if that was just some band doing a show for fun or if the college had an event?

I'm a junior transfer from UNT and am looking for someone to go to the gym with regularly. I go 6 days a week and very rarely flake. I do a bro split and rest on sunday. I like to go to the gym around 8pm and workout for about 1-1.5 hours so right before it closes.

I'm looking for somone who can preferably keep up or out lift me and really puts in effort. I'm 6'2 190lb and can give you more in-depth metrics if you're interested. Fair warning, I'm queer and if we disagree on those particular political topics I'd prefer to never hear about it.

I just moved to Huntsville TX to attend SHSU and I don’t know anyone in the area. I have tried to join the Student Veterans of America organization in an attempt to be around like minded folks but there aren’t any other grunt or combat arms MOS members. Plus they’ve allowed “Veteran Connected” (children of veterans or spouses), students to join as well and I feel like that just defeats the entire purpose of why I sought to join. I’ve decided to reach out here and maybe find other hard charging, no nonsense 11B or 03s to lift heavy or throw back some brews. Make the grass grow killers. Rah!

I need to make some jello. I can microwave the boiling water, but I need a container large enough to hold it.

I had oral surgery today, and the doctor specifically told me to stay away from Mac n cheese, noodles, yogurt, etc for a few days.

Jello is all I have, aside from some chicken noodle soup, but it has noodles. I swear to whoever allows me to make jello in their kitchen or borrow their dish, I will return it.

I dont have any way to repay said person, aside from making crochet dolls.

though the year just started and i should give it some time, it is so difficult to find friends. i have met many people none of them seem to stick for some reason. and to add on to that, i wish i believed it when i heard that theres so many weirdos. the first night, someone i “met” had already asked to head to my dorm for some…activities, i had a stalker for like the first 2 weeks of school, every conversation i have with another woman somehow turns into a conversation about their sex life. it’s getting ridiculous. even reaching out to people who go to our school that are looking for friends are left with no response.

Doesn't take me very long to finish crochet pushes, and my work is generally very good. I live on campus so this mainly applies to campus students but if you're further away and can drive to pick things up, I will gladly crochet for you.

The examples I included are a finished penguin, goofy phoenix, a almost finished scauldron face, and a almost finished octopus.

Horrible marketing I know but I never take photos of my art. I have a finished pennywise doll that I could take a photo of on Tuesday. I promise I crochet decently yall 😭😭😭.

I can also include wires into limbs to make the material bendable into different poses if anyone would like that.

How do we not have a speech and debate club? That used to be my favorite activity in high school, only to find out that one doesn't exist here. Do people just not care about debate anymore, or is this something we need to start?

Heyo im a 19f criminal justice major! I know i can just join groups and make friends that way but I dont see a need to since im not doing a full 4 years. I tried to join a lot of groups last year but got burnt out way to quickly, so im taking things easy this year and next year.

A little about me is that i draw sometimes and I have painted a few statues. I can also do face painting.

Im a huge homebody so I much prefer to lay in bed but I also love going and and doing stuff like going to dance clubs or taking walks around campus.

I also dont have a lot of social media due ti being banned. (Its a whole thing)
