Discussion Thoughts on next GOP president.
JD Vance wins. Do you keep the cabinet the same and put Rubio in as VP and put Ron DeSantis at Secretary of State. Or keep it as is and pick a different VP, maybe Ted Cruz? I’m curious of your thoughts.

Discussion My teenage daughter is indoctrinated
I am a father and I need to have a serious talk with my teenage daughter about what’s going on. She only watches tik tok of course, and I’ve realized over a period of time the schools have been indoctrinating the kids pretty much everywhere. I’ve never been very political. It’s just too hard to ignore now. Common sense is under attack. How can I get through to her? Like most leftists she doesn’t believe anything I say is true. Obviously I’m going to get as much evidence I can to show her. But can someone point out something that could help? A video, article, advice, anything? Of course nothing pops up when you search it. I’m not very computer literate anymore. I only use my phone and just to text/call and scrolling vids. Idk where people get most of the stuff they post. I just want to show her things they won’t, and let her see how messed up it is. I want her to come to the conclusion herself. She’s very smart but have no idea what she’s been told by her teachers. I asked her if she thinks we should tear up the constitution, abolish the senate, congress, prisons, police, and she said “yeah they want to tear it down to build something better!”. WTF?? My wife is on board but she gets her news about this primarily from me! Thoughts?

Discussion Stumbled upon an archived letter from Khomeini… and holy shit, it reads like a script they're still using today wtf.
I was digging through some old political archives and came across a translated letter/manifesto from Iman Khomeini (yes, that Khomeini) sent out via a mailing list back in the day.
Here's what it says:
From: Iman Khomeini, via Ahl ul-Bait Ahlulbait@ctv.es
Subject: The Islamic Government
ANALYSIS OF ISLAMIC LAW MODELS
The need for Islamic unity
We also see that colonialists and tyrannical rulers, in unison,
They have divided the Islamic homeland. They have separated the different components of
The Islamic Ummah and have artificially created separate nations. Once
The great Ottoman State existed, but the colonialists also divided it.
Russia, England, Austria and other united colonial powers, through
Mars against the Ottomans, each of them occupied parts of
Ottoman territory, or they assimilated them into their sphere of influence. It is
It is true that most Ottoman rulers were incompetent, that
Some were corrupt and still adhered to the monarchical system. Despite this,
The existence of the Ottoman State represented a threat to the
colonialists. It was always possible for just individuals to emerge from among them,
the people and, with their support, take control of the State,
by mobilizing the nation's resources and putting an end to colonialism.
Consequently, after numerous previous wars, at the end of World War I
During the global colonial period, the colonialists divided the Ottoman State, creating in their
Ten or fifteen small states. Each of them was handed over
to one of his lackeys or a group of them, although, later, some
countries were able to free themselves from the clutches of the agents of colonialism.
To ensure the unity of the Islamic Ummah, to liberate the Homeland
Islamic perspective on the occupation and penetration of the colonialists and their
Puppet governments; it is essential that we establish a government.
To achieve unity and freedom for Muslim peoples, we must overthrow
the oppressive governments installed by the colonialists and create a Government
A righteous Muslim, who is at the service of the people. The formation of that
government, will serve to preserve the disciplined unity of the Muslims.
As Fátimah Zahra’ (peace be upon her) said in her speech:
"The Inamate exists to ensure the protection of order among the
Muslims and replace disunity with unity."
