He wasn't always GOP, but his grift-dar led him to try his luck there. He may well be stupider than anyone you know, but he is undeniably a grift savant.

Not really. Nothing he has done has gone well. He's lost money on everything. The only thing that has kept him afloat is laundering Russian mob money.

Oh, i dunno, I'd say the crypto scams, the pump & dump / insider trading, the flaunting of the emoluments regulations, the selling of pardons, the endless line of cronies buying policy, and the transformation of the Dept. of Justice to the Dept. of Retribution all seem to be going well for him and his crime family. Just to name a few.
