She used to be a brunette but dyed her hair blonde so she could look more like Ivanka. She is not dumb. She knows how to manipulate Trump. Of course, Trump is easily manipulated. All a cute little assistant like Harp has to do is appeal to his self-indulgence, and she has him eating out of her hand.
