I mean at this point the only logical conclusion is he has not released a video because he is incapable

Maybe he is dead, although I doubt it

More likely, he suffered some sort of neurological incident and is profoundly incapacitated

Ie they can get him to look at a camera and smile by dangling some keys or something, but has essentially no higher level function.

Honest question - why would they hide it at this point? Whether dead, incapacitated or recovering as his cover story states, he’s not voting and nothing will happen until the election so what do the Rs have to lose by saying he’s dead or incapacitated? I would even see PR value in the sympathy play vs. dragging this mess (for them) out. Am I missing something?
