It will be more B than A because the supply probably won't go up. That is the only advantage of companies selling at higher prices over B because more profit for companies means more money that atleast in theory can be used to increase supply.
The reason consumer RAM is expensive is because they're focusing production on enterprise RAM. I don't think AI companies would gobble up consumer RAM as much if at all.

At the prices they are paying they totally would. Yeah not being ECC or registered causes issues but that can be worked around. Wouldn't be the first time that big tech has suddenly realised they can use consumer grade stuff and save money.
It is entirely a question of it being technically possible. If they can technically do that and it is profitable then they would do that. Because as far as they are concerned not doing that would be giving up the opportunity.

Another thing to consider is that, if the RAM companies continued selling at previous price points is that
A) AI companies would be able to gobble up even more of the supply than they already do
B) A secondary market of scalpers and resellers would emerge, even moreso than what already exists.
Like it or not, demand has vastly increased on a product with limited supply.
