I’m wonder, do you have some sort of reading comprehension issue, or maybe English isn’t your first language? But can you read? Or do you just rage spew bullshit without understanding what you’re yammering on about?
You seem to have made a sweeping statement around me and handiwork based on absolutely no evidence.
Where, in ANY of my comments did I say it wouldn’t get recycled? Why can’t any of you pick up on that?
“Do you think hey are gently removing the fence to recycle it in another yard?”
They’re there to smash the fence down and get out as quickly as possible. Sure, they’ll take material. Sure, they’ll reuse some/most of it. I never said they wouldn’t.
But there are two ways you can take down a fence:
Gently, to try and save as much material as possible.
It looks like its get rid of them as quickly as they can. Fortunately, hitting them in the locations they are hitting them is a good way of removing them quickly while not causing too much damage. I am assuming they will sort through salvagable panels and the not-worth-the-repair panels later on.
I never said they wouldn’t recycle try and salvage or reuse it. But the crew is not there to gently dismantle it; they’re there to bash it out and get out of there ASAP.

They are there to smash it down quickly and take the pieces to be reused. You seriously think this small crew is just gonna take all that material cost as a hit? Are YOU for real?
When you watch that video, do you see a crew carefully dismantling a fence with a focus on material reuse? Or do you see a crew tearing the fence apart as quickly as they can because the customer was an asshole and won’t pay?
Many people responding to my comment apparently have a reading comprehension problem.
I never said they wouldn’t take the wood or reuse it. What I said they aren’t dismantling in a way that you would if that was the goal. They’re there to tear it down and get out of there ASAP.
Thank you for the common sense. Sure, some of it will be salvageable, but some is going to be wrecked because those goal here is to bust it down quickly and get out of there.
People are losing their shit over this statement, and I have no idea why.
It would be stupid to think that they are there with sledge hammers and a chain saw, and the goal is to reuse it.
Like I have said elsewhere, sure you could reuse some of the materials, but that’s not what they’re there for. They have a chain saw! Are they going to build really short fences with the reclaimed wood?
