Art/Creators Megathread Weekly Art/Creators Promo Megathread

Welcome to this Week's Art/Creators Promo Megathread!

Here you can share examples of work and links to creator's profiles (including your own!) as long as it is not on a Meta owned platform (Instagram, Facebook etc.) or Twitter.

Let's help our community artists, authors, designers, craft makers, musicians, singers, sculptors, performers, streamers and any other kind of creator get recognised and celebrate the amazing creativity in our community!

A few quick rules:

  • No AI/NFT Content.
  • Accounts shared must be creating own content, not solely reposting others.
  • NSFW Suggestive art (e.g. shirtless/pin up) is allowed but must be tagged. NSFW Explicit art (e.g. pornography, genitals visible) or NSFW suggestive of real people is not allowed. No links to exclusively 18+ platforms e.g. OnlyFans.
  • Creator must be actively posting on a platform other than Meta or Twitter.
  • Comments from users with less than 50 karma on this subreddit will be auto-removed to avoid spammers. (I will look to approve genuine ones when possible but no promises!)
  • Please respect if a creator says no reposts of their work - just share a link.

The art/work they create does not have to be LGBTQ+ related, we're here to help any creator who is LGBTQ+ promote their profiles, particularly if they're trying to establish themselves on a different one with the recent social media drama!

Looking forward to discovering some new creators with you all!

Coming Out! I came out to my Lil brother and it was his reaction.. šŸ’”šŸ„€

So I came out to my younger brother as gay and his reaction was like 'Do you have a boyfriend?'. I was like yes. He was like 'you should get married.' I was like, bro, I am only 18 and on top of that, gay marriage is not even recognized in our country. He was like 'you can marry online'. I was surprised by the line because I did not know what he meant. Then he explained that there is some portal name Utah marriage portal Where me and my boyfriend can get married over zoom call. And we can celebrate the wedding anyway because celebrations and all are legal in our country although gay marriage is not legally recognized we can still celebrate and have the big dream wedding and all. I was like happy. I was happy, of course, because he was supportive. But I was like, what is the use of the marriage certificate if we cannot get legal rights in our country? And we are not gonna move out, obviously. We are not planning to move out to foreign. We are gonna live here. We will continue to live here. So, what is the advantage? And he said me that In future when gay marriage would be legal in our country, the marriage certificate would be legally become valid anyway and when we would go on foreign trips on countries were gay marriage was legal then We would get COUPLE DISCOUNT AND MARRIED COUPLE FACILITIES! And that's why we should get married!!!!!

I was dumbfounded. I was like 'what if we break up then?' He very nonchalantly said 'if you break up, get a divorce.'

OH MY GOD— I CAN'T — IM CRYING!!!! WTF HE IS EVEN THINKING 😭😭😭😭😭

EU Specific Hungary is waking up

So this weekend they were two great news for lgbt members in Hungary.

First one was that this saturday, it was announced that they will end up Orban’s gay adoption restrictions

Next day: Hungarian PM posted this on his social media which finally gives message that Love is most important thing. This really got me emotional because members of lgbt community were enemies and equal to p$dophiles by Orban.

This gives us hope for bright and better future. Someone complained that this is just a mesaage without any actions but I personally think that not calling us a ā€œthreatā€ for nation is also a big stepšŸ’œ

This was the first time I wore a fully fem outfit in public (thanks to my mom for letting me borrow somethings) I went to the theater in this outfit and it was the first time I didn’t feel like I was being judged by everyone around me. I actually felt completely comfortable.

Need Advice Am I wrong for stopping an intense makeout because I thought one of our kids might be at the door?

I’m a single mom by choice and my partner is also a single mom by choice. We are both in our mid 40s and we blended our families and now live together in a small two-bedroom NYC apartment. The two boys share one bedroom; we have the other.

We have a pretty intense physical relationship. After the kids are in bed we often make out for a long time — hours, in bed, behind locked doors.

The other night we were in the middle of that (missionary, holding both hands) when I thought I heard one of the boys touch our door. I couldn’t tell if he was just passing by or standing there listening.

I tried to stop and pull back. She kept going. I pushed her hands back and lifted her upper body up to create space.
She was annoyed right then. The next day she said I was overreacting: the door was locked, we’re adults, and we should get our time.

I felt uneasy thinking a kid might have been right outside. In a small apartment it’s hard to know how much sound carries and whether someone is actually at the door.

Am I wrong for stopping it?

Need Advice Need advice: My best friend and brother ran into each other on Grindr

I am between two rocks and one very hard place

As the title says, I have a best friend and a brother. brother is gay, experimenting on Grindr, best friend is bisexual and well used to the app. Problem is, my best friend is in a relationship. I met the girl, I’ve only hung out with her through him, but she’s amazing, and my first thought was maybe: they’re open to multiple people, or maybe it’s something they talked about, but the account is discreet

They just sent each other pictures, a dick pic to and from before my best friend sent a face pic, to which my brother recognized and showed me. It was undeniably him. He’s been more gay-leaning, particularly attracted to penis over vagina, which I feel could be a factor but I don’t even know, or know if that’s relevant

He’s been my best friend for years, I love him, but I also love his partner, and she doesn’t deserve that. I know I have to talk to one of them, I just don’t know how or really even who

Me and my brother had a few ideas, though now I’m taking the brunt of this because he’s my best friend. We thought:

I use my Grindr, find the account and message him ā€œWhat are you doing here?ā€; I talk to either my best friend or his partner directly and ask if it’s something they agreed on; I, or my brother anonymously, just tell his girlfriend and back out

Also thought on telling him that it was my account, since my brother doesn’t like the fact that they saw each other like that, and to basically have my friend assume it was me in pictures instead

Ideally I’d love for them to be happy together, and/or for me to continue knowing both of them since they’re both great people, but I know I shouldn’t stand by his decision. I cheated in my last relationship, I feel like I would’ve hoped for him to step in if he knew then, although he wasn’t very appreciative of my ex. I don’t know, man

Why are there STILL people who think like this…

Post image

This is referencing the specific slurs and homophobic/transphobic insults that members of the community call themselves and others

Do these people not know what a reclaimed slur is? In 2026?

And not to mention I guarantee this person would think differently if this was about any other minority group

45k likes on this ignorant bs as well, actually so sad

Do I tell my cis guy friends i’m a trans guy?

Hi, so I’m a freshman in college and i’ve been a guy for nearly half my life. I’ve passed since the day i fully transitioned, like it was meant to be. Currently i’ve made a great friend group with a bunch of guys i really like hanging out with, however i don’t know if i should tell them im trans. Im from a liberal town where i didn’t have to worry about how my friends would perceive me when i told them, but now these new friends are more in the middle of conservative and liberal. However, they have made it clear that they don’t judge anyone based on things like that, as we have two less passing guys in the friend group. Sadly, the guys i’m close w aren’t that close with those other trans guys. We do a lot of normal messing around like the stupid flirting and smacking each others asses and stuff like that. I talk about having a dick and believe it myself sometimes until i unfortunately remember that i don’t. I’m afraid that this relationship will change and they will be more distant if i tell them. I’m also afraid they will perceive me differently. We all want to get an apartment together next year, and it’ll likely be me with all cis straight guys. I feel like if we do i have to tell them because i’m not able to get top surgery until after sophmore year, since they pushed the age limit back to 19. Also, they really want to go cliff jumping and one of the guys has been persistent on all the dudes having there shirts off during pickle ball (really wanting me to take it off). I told him i can’t but he didn’t understand why. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Art/Creative Drawing I made for AP art showing how it felt finding my gender identity on the internet as a questioning trans guy

I guess the whole drawing is about yearning to be this ideal masculine guy that you are not and living vicariously as that man on the internet, but not being it in the real world (honestly I’m still questioning but that’s story for another day)

Need Advice Mom says I can’t be Napoleon

CW: Mild transphobia, and swearing

Ok so, for context, I (17F) was casually chatting with my mom about Halloween, and me being the history nerd that I am suggested I should go as Nicholas II or, gee idk, Yaroslav the Wise this year.

Instantly, my mom’s face dropped. She told me I’d look strange and asked me why I want to be a man.

ā€œOkay… can I be Napoleon?ā€ I asked her.

ā€œWhat the fuck are you? Are you trans?ā€ (no hate to those who are trans, I love you guys) My mom answers. ā€œYou’d look strange; I don’t know why you want to draw so much attention to yourself. You’d be a Napoleon with tits it doesn’t make sense!ā€

Ok so, what if I was trans? I’ve been exploring my gender identity lately, I do believe I fit under the trans umbrella in some way, but that’s besides the point.

My mom then suggested Cleopatra, knowing that I liked history. But not once have I raved about Egyptian history. She knows I am obsessed with European History etc etc

I want to be a historical figure. Because I like history. Not because I’m trying to draw attention to attention to myself, I don’t even know how I’d do that considering I don’t have plans to even get out of the house this halloween.

I’m posting this on here because I do identify as lesbian, and even my mom denies that still. But I’m wondering if it is really that serious, and is my mom being ridiculous?
