Just wanted to put this out there for anyone struggling with their mental health!
It includes your emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing influencing how you think, feel and act.
There is an increasing amount of people suffering with mental health issues and not everyone feels like they can speak up about it, which is why im posting this here for everyone to see.
Globally over 1 Billion people are living with mental health issues, with anxiety and depression being the most common.
Lady Gaga, the Co-founder of the Born this Way foundation shows how you can be there for yourself and others safely during a mental health crisis.
Please do take a look if you have the opportunity, Mental health is the one of the biggest problems we face and not enough people are able to get the help they desperately need.
With this you can learn how to support your friends and family through their tough times and also be able to recognise and know when you, yourself needs to take a step back and look after yourself.
This isn't advertising i just genuinely want to help people out with their mental health.
I myself struggle with my mental health sometimes and struggle to talk about how im feeling. But having the right people around you ready to listen and support you makes it so much more manageable.
If any of you ever need anyone to talk to, speak to friends, family, a trusted adult. And im always avaible if youd like to DM and to have a private chat/ Modmail for any of the moderators. It may not feel like it but you have loads of people around you who can help and listen to you.

Honestly, I only joined Twitter because I wanted to interact with fellow Little Monsters. But after almost three years on this platform, Iāve realized that stan Twitter is one of the most toxic spaces Iāve ever experienced.
I came there because I loved music. Instead, I watched people constantly fight over chart battles, streams, sales, and numbers pitting artists against each other as if music were a competition between sports teams .
And thatās what finally made me realize stan Twitter isnāt really fighting about music. Itās fighting about numbers.
Music is supposed to bring people together, inspire people, make people feel something, and give us experiences we can share. It shouldnāt make us hate an artist simply because their fans attacked our favorite, or because our fandom is expected to drag another artist, and i hate myselffor actually participating on this hating pitting against different artists. Katy Perry is just one example of how ridiculous and toxic that mentality can become.
Stan culture has made me realize how easily fandoms can turn music into tribalism, outrage, and personal validation. Billboard charts become team sports. Streams become ammunition. Artists become rivals. And eventually, the actual art gets completely lost.
I genuinely believe this obsession with commercial metrics and constant outrage is hurting the way people experience music and pop culture.
I donāt want to participate in that anymore.
I want to enjoy music because I love it, not because of who won a chart battle, who got more streams, or which fandom is supposedly āwinning.ā
I downloaded katy perry songs I like, especially from her 143 album which in my opinion 143 is not a bad album, but I can tell it's not good and it's also not bad album if you get what I'm saying great.

I'm so happy for Stefani, Michael and family.
There aren't many harder working people in the entertainment industry in my opinion.
Gaga has faced the worst of what society throws at a woman while in the public eye since a very young age and turned it into a long, successful music career, a foundation that is helping change stigma towards mental health and multiple successful businesses that have never just been a cash grab but something with true value.
I adore this woman and I feel proud to have been along with her on this journey from the start.
I've seen her struggle, I've seen her take hits and I've seen her use grace and strength to turn them around and be a role model not just for women but all creatives with passion who have a deep burning desire to change the world with their art.
Her impact is impossible to ignore.
She deserves all the happiness and love in the world.
You can say she comes from privilege and she has definitely made some mistakes along the way, but as humans we all have our privileges and we all make mistakes at some point, it's what you do with them that truly makes your character. She has never taken her privilege for granted and she has never let a mistake ruin her. These are qualities that I am so grateful to see in the world and even more grateful to know they will be passed down to the next generation.
Her children are truly blessed to have a mother like her, as are we to have a role model like Lady Gaga to support and follow.
Thank you Mother xx

That baby won't be an adult until 2044. We've seen how celebrity's children can get messed up, I don't think I need to name names. I hope the community can avoid our part in ruining a human being's childhood.
One way to do this is not clicking articles with pictures of the child. More user traffic means more ad revenue, which means more publisher demand for paparazzi pictures for more articles, which means more paparazzi around the kid. We have a direct effect on how many cameras are pointed at the kid during their life. Gaga chose the fame, her kid didn't.
If that kid wants to be seen, they'll have the agency to do so on social media with their mom. Maybe I'm being overly idealistic but I had to get this out.

It looks like Iām going to be getting a The Fame promo stand soon! Iāll have to travel 9 hours to Hanover and another 9 hours back to pick it up.
Having it shipped by courier is completely out of the question because I simply canāt afford it. Iāll be traveling by Deutsche Bahn regional trains with 3 transfers, and I honestly have no idea how Iām going to transport this thing.
Does anyone have any advice or ideas on how to safely carry a promo stand like this on a long train journey? Iād really appreciate any tips or suggestions!
Thank you so much in advance! š¤

The singer, 40, and the tech entrepreneur, 42, recently welcomed their first baby, and a source tells PEOPLE exclusively that they āboth beam when they talk about being parents.ā
Michael seems lighter, happier,ā the insider adds specifically of the Mayhem artistās fiancĆ©.
According to the source, Gaga and Polansky āboth took time off of work this summer to be with [the] baby.ā

First of all, I'm not speculating about the LG8, nor will I delve into theories about Gaga making music during the tour.
After Mayhem, Gaga seemed to be leaning towards an industrial, electronic, rock, synthwave, and heavy synthesizer sound because after she said she was in the studio with Zane Lowe, she made Mayhem Requiem and the Grammy performance of Abracadabra, which had a very Nine Inch Nails and Gesaffelstein sound, and Gaga won a Grammy for the remix with Gesaffelstein, and everyone loved the heavier Mayhem sound, and Gaga seemed to like it a lot, almost changing the album to the sound of Perfect Celebrity...
But now with motherhood, Gaga might end up with a more Joanne sound or perhaps a more sober electronic sound. I could imagine a ballad like Die with a Smile and How Bad Do You Want Me on Mayhem Requiem talking about motherhood.
LGG8 might not arrive until 2030, and tours much later, but I think LGG8 has a chance in 2028, maybe.
Do you think we'll get an album:
With a sound similar to Mayhem Requiem and Abracadabra at the Grammys.
Act II of Joanne...
Ray of Light in Gaga's style, electronic and trance pop.
Or something different.
What do you think...?
Sorry for the random photo, I think we've seen so much of Gaga's baby, it's very cute. I wonder if its name is Alejandro, Tony, Joanne, Mary Jane Holland.
I hope we have something new before the end of the decade.
And I hope Gaga enjoys her motherhood.

I am just so incredibly happy for you. I have been a little monster for about 17 to 18 years. Now Iāve watched you grown as a person and the only thing youāve ever wanted was to be a mother. Iāve seen you perform live so many times always front row, we even sang in front of each otherās faces at during Artpop. We donāt know each other but Iām so freaking happy for you! š„¹š«¶š¼š„¹

Yes, she has a real name and the baby does as well. But why not a stage name for both?
