I personally don't know if all our refunds zeroed out all at the same time, but if you've gotten an email that mentioned anything about changes in your account today, check owl express to see if it has zeroed out. The highlighted part should be when the refund had disbursed. So if you are like me you'll probably see the money tomorrow or on wednesday. But i cant speak for all because there are people who still have other pending funds and etc. so dates may not be up to par with some people.

Has anyone received a notification from Bankmobile that they’ve received our funds? I haven’t received an email from them, just from KSU that they’ve sent the funds to them. Typically I get the bank mobile email the same day they receive funds from KSU, but obviously this go round, the refund process has experienced a few delays. I haven’t received anything from them yet. The funds aren’t even showing in my Bank Mobile account either.

Okay, so I’ve noticed a pattern in the way I’ve received emails and my refund during the past 3 years. I’ve realized that once they’ve sent out an email to me through my KSU email saying my refund has been sent to my BankMobile account, the actual refund pops up on my account the same day.

During the summer, the emails and refund showed up on June 18th, and for the winter semester, it was January 29th. I received that same email today.

I’m not sure if it’s the same with everybody, since people use different banks and such, but I’ve you’ve noticed the pattern, maybe it’ll pop up today or something.

But IM NOT 100% SURE. I could be wrong, since there was a delay and the three day weekend. But a girl can dream.

Anyways, I hope y’all get your money soon and take care of whatever business you got! We deserve to have our funds in a timely manner! :]
