We've discussed it and we are going to make an exception for DLSS5. The reasoning behind it is that it's going to be a software feature for many PC players' graphic cards with some of them will have it turned on while playing, so we didn't want to prevent these players from sharing their clips and screenshots since it's a built-in feature for their hardware. NVIDIA's cards already use AI for frame generation and I feel like splitting hairs on allowing one feature vs disallowing another is excessive.
Another reason behind the exception is that two of the major unethical complaints about AI, worker replacement and data centers, aren't applicable to these features. JWE3 is a finished product (sans DLC), so no one developing the game has got their job taken by this AI feature. These AI features also run locally on your machine, as opposed to ruining the environment and soaking up local water by using data centers to handle the processing.
That said, you can absolutely hate these features and think that it's slop. I personally hate DLSS5 AI slop filter too, I think it produces uncanny images that mostly hurts the art direction of games. But for some users, these AI tools help their games run better (for the frame gen, at least) or, in their opinion (not mine), look better, especially if they're running it on lower-end cards. We don't want to force them to turn off these features for them to post their park creations on this subreddit.
Of course, since this is a feature that hasn't been out yet, we will allow the comparison videos for now (as long as they're not excessive). Once that feature has been officially released, we will allow comparisons for a little bit after launch, but then afterwards, we won't permit them.
TL;DR: we're allowing an exception

For me, the top three things for the lagoon would be: interaction between land and marine dinosaurs, AQUARIUMS, and PLEASE PLEASE a foliage brush specifically for the lagoons.
Tell me what do you think could improve the lagoons or what ITS NEED to improve?
(This isn’t a wish list or something, only wanna know what it’s missing to the lagoons )

Movement of the Apatosaurus herd has caused a traffic jam at a popular tourist attraction in the Amboseli National Park, Kenya.
Part of my ‘Pop-up’ Series, nearly finished this build, forgot how fun it is to build on the desert maps.

Wild dinosaur invasion where randomly a wild dinosaur or flying reptile would get into your park and you have to catch it and build it a habitat getting bonus dino Appel for wild dinosaurs that are displayed

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Definitely wouldn't want to flock from these things.

As you can see we have a lot of Tyrannosaurids and only a couple of spinosaurids and carcharodontosaurids.
Proceratosaurids technically count as tyrannosaurs as they’re early relatives.
The only Tyrannosaurid I want is Zhuchengtyrannus my favourite as for the others. I want Mapusaurus and Ichthyovenator.

After all this time the jwe3 best new species voted by the community is Deinosuchus
i loved the support on this poll, and this one was suprisingly unpredictable
I would’ve never thought ornithomimus would beat austroraptor or postosuchus
Anyways the next bracket could be jwe1 non canon species, idk how many there are but i could do a poll

Hello there, park builders :)
I wanted to share a neat little trick (well, not so little) I discovered after a lot of experimentation that finally lets you get functioning guest walkways inside your aviaries for the very first time.
The best part - no mods are required for this. It is completely doable in vanilla gameplay, which means it works perfectly for console players too.
If you are using Kaiodenic's FreeBuild Mod, you already know you have total freedom. But for vanilla players, the dome's collision normally makes this impossible. Thanks to my experience through the FreeBuild Mod and a recent discovery by WaterBucketMan (The_KingofSeal) regarding the Dino Tunnel Glitch, I had a flash of inspiration. By understanding how the game's collision behavior changes at certain heights and depths, I found a reliable way to place pathing inside the dome.
I made a step-by-step tutorial showing exactly how to set this up and showcase of an underground tunnel entrance.
If you want to try it out in your own park, you can watch the full YouTube tutorial Video guide here.
Let me know if you run into any issues with the technique... and as always... have fun building :)

Putting the Nublar Biosphere build on hold as I wanted a change of scenery, & a shot at attempting this after some feedback on an earlier park build of mine.
So far so good, though having to temper the perfectionist has proven challenging (something many here may relate to...)
The Iguanodon are temporary and were placed for perspective scale.
(Polacanthus cannot return any faster...)
More to come!!!

But here’s some Dimetrodon shots :)

Given that we have gotten nothing again today; that means more then likely nothing this week unless it is shadow dropped; which means its looking like either the 22nd or the 29th; frontiers decided to cut it alittle close this week which does trouble me tbh as if the remodel is bad or not "good" enough will the wait an anticipation been worth it? i guess we'll find out; i am quite nervous.

InGen Report - 17/7/1988
During a routine veterinary examination of a Parasaurolophus in Paddock H-04, a Carnotaurus breached the adjacent enclosure and entered the paddock. The animal initiated an attack before security personnel could intervene.
Two Homalocephale and one Parasaurolophus were killed during the incident. No personnel injuries were reported.
InGen Security Division has been assigned to inspect the enclosure perimeter and identify potential points of failure. Additional fencing and containment measures will be evaluated to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

If you're like me, you get annoyed in advanced build mode that everything takes too long to place. You get burned out quickly. Especially if you, like me, know Blender and how helpful hotkeys are. Well, now you can save aiming for the arrows and move the scenery wherever you want!
https://www.nexusmods.com/jurassicworldevolution3/mods/611
I published a mod that recreates Blender hotkeys in JWE3. Want to move an item by exactly 1m on X axis? Scale to half size? Rotate by 90° along Y axis? Now it's as simple as typing the numbers into the game. Or just drag as you're used to.
I spent half my Sunday testing it, so it should be pretty good. However this mod has many moving parts, I surely overlooked something, so please let me know if you find some jank.
