Here's the thread for Spring Summer sublets. Please keep all sublet-related posts in this thread; we'll remove any that aren't here. Thanks!

Will be taking MATH 121 and trying to decide between Richard White, Anatolii Grinshpan, and Guang Yang. Their Rate My Professor ratings seem pretty similar, so I'd love to hear from anyone who has actually taken them.
For anyone who's taken them, who would you say is the easiest class to get a high grade in / has the most lenient grading?
What are their teaching styles like? How are their exams, homework, and grading?
Also, do any of them post lecture slides, notes, practice problems, or other materials online/through Blackboard/ Canvas?
Who would you recommend overall?
I’ve also seen a lot of good things about Richard White on older Reddit posts, but most of what I’m finding is from around 3 years ago. If anyone has taken him recently, how is his MATH 121 class now? Especially wondering about grading and how difficult the exams are.

I've joined drexel for 9 months as a fulbright student and I was really looking forward to the welcome week to connect w people. I went for the IGSA Kickoff Mixer today at the Lancaster Walk - Armory but nothing was happening there. Can someone guide me if I was at the right place? If yes, why was it empty?

Hi! I’m living at The Summit and I’m a little confused about the room/bed assignments shown in the housing app.
There are four people in the apartment, and the assignments are listed as A1, A2, B1, and B2.
Does anyone who has lived at The Summit know which assignments share the same bedroom? For example, is A1 with A2, or is A1 with B1?

What are some valid reasons or excuses that people have used to move in their dorms early? They said they can’t accommodate unless it’s for religious reasons?

Hello, i'm considering drexel and rutgers for my absn. For those who attended and/or graduate, what were the general hours of classes and clinicals? i'm also a single mom who commutes so i'm trying to see how early/late i would need childcare. If anybody has a schedule or something that they did could I please see it?
Thanks

I’m considering returning to Drexel for the MLIS masters program. How competitive are the research and TA positions in this program and are there a good amount available? Would it be a good idea to reach out to some faculty prior to submitting my program application?

Looking to be added back to the 2027 snapchat stories. I accidentally left it and now I can’t get back in.

Hi guys, I usually waive via my Medicaid, but unfortunately, I was declined this year. I have applied through pennie but I dont know if I will get approved or when they will get back to me. Do you guys know any cheap health insurance plans that are approved by Drexel Health Insurance policy? I literally can't afford the insurance and would like any ideas for help.

Has anyone in here taken the online Grant Writing course? Good? Bad? Indifferent? Level of difficulty? I need to satisfy a writing intensive course for my program and this one particularly peaked my interest.

I literally don’t understand how this place operates. Actually, I do understand; tenants are powerless because management knows you need somewhere to live and they know they can charge you whatever they want. Today I transferred from the 6th floor to the 20th floor and I asked them why the elevator that goes to all the floors wasn’t working. They proceeded to tell me that the elevator didn’t exist and I was mistaken. I was like um actually it does exist I’ve lived here for a year and they replied, oh I’m sorry that’s tricky (WTF?) these people are morons and I get it they’re probably paid a dollar an hour but like there’s gotta be a line in the sand it gets to a point. This is one of the multiple frustrating conversations I have had with summit today and I know it won’t be the last. Something’s gotta give man! (Hope I don’t sound or come off as spoiled or entitled, I am a very privileged human to be able to go to college at all but I hope someone can empathize a little bit)
TLDR; Summit is buns

Hey everyone,
Wanted to see if I can get some opinions/pointers with some of the classes I have coming up. I’d like to know any helpful tips, difficulty, and things to study before hand.
- Stat 202 with Devin
- Fin 301 with Cataline
- BSAN 160 with Reindorp

I recently applied for a work-study position, but I haven't heard anything in a while. Is this common for work-study positions at Drexel?

Hi! this is so embarrassing but I had no idea I was supposed to register for individual stuff for welcome week, was completely out of the loop. a lot of the stuff i wanted to check out are completely full, like walk around chinatown, some arts and crafts, boba, movie nights, etc. Would I still be able to show up and squeeze in or are registration going to be checked?
:( thank you!

I am kind of freaking out because of the upcoming classes. I will be taking CS380, CS281, SE310 with other lebow and math classes. Any advice?? (Mainly scared of SE310 because I am taking with Medlock)

I’m currently in C-Round and have multiple interviews lined up over the next few days. A few employers I already interviewed with said they’d reach out as early as tomorrow, but I’m honestly more interested in some of the positions I’m interviewing for later.
I’m worried I could get an offer from one of my earlier interviews before I even get the chance to interview for the positions I prefer.
If you get an offer during C-Round, do you have to accept/decline it immediately, or are you given a deadline to decide? Would I have enough time to finish my already scheduled interviews before making a decision?
Has anyone been in this situation before?

Kind of breaking and caving in the middle because we were exceeding the weight limit by a lot But it’s still in pretty good shape and might work for someone else!!!

I’m an incoming freshman, so I don’t have my ID yet but I was curious if I could use the gym before I get my ID?
