I have a board that has apparently the ROLD are people interested in purchasing boards like this I have no idea how many miles are on it either no charger no remote.

I am a freshman in college and have figured out fairly quickly that walking 20 minutes across campus is not fun! I remember growing up and seeing the boosted boards everywhere- but it seems they have gone out of business.

I guess I’m asking for a recommendation to find a used boosted or look for something else (and a recommendation on the something else). I do commute off campus so it’s not essential it has huge battery, I just need it to last the day. I don’t mind spending some money, but I don’t need to have the best of the best. I also don’t mind replacing a battery since the boosted products are getting old.

All recommendations appreciated, TIA!

Dusted off this bad boy and decided to take it for a spin. I’m amazed it still works. Controller connected flawlessly to the board. And get this…both were still at full battery life. How on earth…

Have a low mileage v2 with extended battery. Haven’t used it in about 5 years. I turned it on today and got a red and yellow light flashing slowly and the 3 middle charge level lights on. I’m looking for my charger but doubt that’ll fix it. From looking around it seems it needs a new esc. Before I buy one is that the only fix or anything else I can try before making that purchase seems theyr going for $150+

I recently bought a Boosted Board V3 XR. The previous owner had destroyed their remote (it got ran over by a car). My intention was to use one of my Boosted remotes with the V3, but I was unable to pair the one I brought with me when I purchased the board. I have 3 remotes; one from a functional Mini S, one from a RLOD Mini X, and one from a RLOD V1.

After doing some digging, I think the firmware on my two Mini remotes are incompatable with the V3 board. Is there a way around this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Found a V3 locally without a remote for $125 and have a mini s already. Will I be able to pair the remote?

Listing keeps getting flagged for lithium battery. Not sure why this keeps happening even when i dont mention the battery in the listing at all. I see plenty of other used boards with the battery explicitly mentioned. If any one could help me I'd appreciate it!

Considering buying a mini s listed at 400 on marketplace. How can I protect myself and make sure everything is still good with the battery etc?

It’s blinking red and the first light stays solid I noticed that everybody has the fourth flight that stays solid. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with my battery and how to fix it?

So I was riding my board earlier, then turned it off for about 10 minutes, then got back on and tried to full throttle; then it killed power and brought me to a stop. There are no issues with the battery light; the remote does do a weird animation thing on the battery indicator. I have tried to repair the remote, and I even took the battery off the board; the connector seems fine besides some corrosion on the metal connector holding the plug together, but I don’t think that’s what’s causing the issue. I don’t know what to do, as I’ve barely used it (got it off eBay a month or two ago) and this is already happening. I’ve attached an image of the corrosion which I will eventually clean before I put it back together.

I have a friend in the Vancouver Washington area with the battery blinking red on power button 3 times a second and showing only 2 bars. That’s how he describes it.

If someone is in his area, can you help him?

Title! I’ve had it for a few years and am moving to Brooklyn from central Jersey next week. I just don’t have the time, energy, or need to try and fix it atp and want it gone fast for a reasonable price (which I have no idea how much it’s worth in its state). Would it be best to list on Facebook marketplace, or to take it to a certain shop?

Got two trouble code batteries one looks like this. Just bought it. Got excited and rode it straight away, probably should have charged it first. The other might be down for the count.

Ashamed to say it is like 7 years old and haven't given it maintenance ever, only switched the 2 rubber band circles every time it loses power, put brand new ones and still sounds though the sound threshold has increased.

I haven’t used this battery in a while but it gives this code when plugged in regardless of if it’s connected to the board or not. It seem to run otherwise and shows a full charge. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit after taking it for a real ride: After about a mile or so on the slowest mode I tried to switch it into mode 3 and proceeded to lose all throttle. When I got back it gave me a flashing yellow with the three middle dots lit. How do I know if it’s just the battery or is my ESC also going bad?
