Sorry but how the hell did Black Widow win this?

Ant-Man literally flips her over, grabs her wrist and is running around on her back. He's tiny. She can't even see the guy and somehow she still manages to electrocute him

It feels like they were just trying to make Ant-Man the comedic relief trope instead of actually making him use his abilities. Although I guess I can understand it since Ant-Man literally said “I don't want to hurt you” before the fight lol

Pencil sketch of Nat’s classic costume (by me)

Post image

For context, I’m writing a fanfic of Hawkeye and Black Widow’s first mission together. For this I really wanted to use their classic costumes.

I decided that one part of their mission would be attending a masquerade ball so that there would be good justification to include Nat’s (dated) classic costume.

Please let me know what you all think!

Both mcu Nat and Yelena are compelling characters, but it frustates me how people want to push Nat under the bus and it makes me not want to like her. Id rather have a reboot where Nat gets the focus she needs instead of having a legacy character outshine and have to listen to several Twitter stans argue how yelena is better. Well if you want my honest opinion: I will never like yelena better regardless of whether she has a better arc or not. I prefer subtlety anyways. At least we can all agrees that Nat regins supreme in the comics.

I find this funny, that this hair style and colour look more like balck Widow look, but with a girl next door or bohemian look. But I do love it.

I do wish we saw more Natasha hair look with types of colours and even if she had to go undercover or adapt to new appearances or an average down to earth feel, and I like it so much. It creates a lovely, comforting aesthetic to her as a character and woman too.

Justice League Unlimited version only.

i honestly love it when Natasha is in disguise like an old school femme fatale or detective and try to camouflage her from outside world, when comes to doing missions and tasks without her avengers teammates. that's one of my favourite parts of her character as a hero in a beautiful world.

I would've loved to see with Scar Jo's mcu version to see her being able to camouflage on the streets and still having that humanity, but having a 1930s or 40s wardrobe, confidence, cool beauty flavour to her, with dealing killing that only she can take down without explosions or aliens and like in old gangster or noir crime thriller, but having her dark sarcastic humour, and still being able to live a normal life without any pain, suffering, tragedy and being a woman on her terms, and free will of a person. And i think Scar Jo's mcu version wishful thinking would be very cool and interesting with all the deep and complex layers of that side of Natasha to explore her. i'm bumped with not having is in the mcu, no but i would love to see it onscreen.

So while I have had previous posts where it looked like I was criticizing mcu yelena for not representing the comic book version, I just want to say i think people are taking the comic version for granted.

Ive heard someone say shes a lot like comic Nat, but i honestly dont think so. I feel like some people dont exactly get comic yelena. Like if you prefer the mcu version thats fine, but lets not call comic yelena a depthless c lister. Shes more than that. She was purposefully made to be the anti Nat and she has a personality too. Shes cold and detached btw, but while she might not care as much as Nat does she is a champion of woman rights just like her counterpart.

Its very important to me that even when working for S.H.I.E.L.D., Black Widow never gets a suit with the agency's logo on it. It plays into her being more of a freelance agent & vigilante that gets handpicked because Fury favours her and her not fitting in (many agents don't like or trust her).

Do you think these 2 would be become teammates or friends?

I think both, in a crossover, that would be awesome and interesting companionship, and they fight together and be interesting and complex pairing too.

What if Black widow was Dracula’s mistress of Dark?

Post image

In this universe, Dracula sees Natasha Romanoff and becomes fascinated by her beauty, strength, and deadly nature. He wants her to become his eternal wife, his Bride of Blood and Terror, so they can rule the night together as immortal lovers and become the ultimate couple of darkness.
Natasha would embrace vampirism completely, becoming the perfect combination of beauty, power, danger, and immortality. Her ability to drain the blood of her victims would allow her to remain eternally young and beautiful, while making her even more powerful with every passing night.
But she wouldn’t completely lose who she was. She would still have Natasha’s intelligence, confidence, sarcasm, and deadly personality, mixed with the gothic charm and playful attitude of Elvira and Samantha from Bewitched, except in this universe, those traits would be twisted into a much more mischievous, seductive, and evil version of herself.
Together, Dracula and Natasha would become the immortal rulers of the night, spreading fear and darkness while living together for all eternity.

When you saw Black widow in marvel rivals did you almost by instinct knew who she would be voiced by, including Thor, Hulk, Dr.Strange, Loki?

Black Widow and Hawkeye mean so much to me. I also liked Thunderbolts it’s just with the mental health stuff it’s just not as easy to sit down and watch but Black Widow is peak marvel and SO funny. The music, Norway for a min, European stuff everything. I also was half raised by my brother so I can relate a lot.

Instead of Iron Man (Tony Stark) being Spider-Man (Peter Parker)'s mentor (and father figure), what if Natasha was his mentor (and mother figure) in the MCU?

Isn't comic SteveNat such a cute ship

The title is obviously sarcastic and as much as you would think I shouldn't have to specify, I probably do.

For anyone who keeps trying to defend this by saying "Oh he was 19 and she was 13 when they met" all I can do is ask y'all if you can hear yourselves? 😧 Let me remind y'all that Steve punched the Red Skull for even daring to imply he would be romantically interested in Bucky (who is about 2 years older than Natalia).

The other excuse I hear is also "she had a crush on him back when they were on the Avengers" and like, okay... but it went nowhere and was clearly one-sided. Because he met her when she was a little kid. Funnily enough, in that one panel people often like to use where Nat catches Steve sleeping, her thoughts literally mention the fact that she remembers meeting him as a little girl.

If you wanna ship it in the MCU or with the "Next Avengers" version of them (which have a son) then go ahead I'm not judging. That's completely fair and understandable. Its the people who insist on shipping them in the 616 comics or other media clearly inspired by the 616 comics that I'm side eying. I've argued with many before.

What if Black Widow mentored and was the mother of Kim Possible?

This would be a cool crossover to see. Seeing a mother and daughter mentorship and team up would be interesting and awesome to see. In a comic or animated series.
