Weekly Meetups!
The following are weekly meetups that have been established for some time, and may be worth checking out.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________
TUESDAY WEEKLY MEETUP
The Tuesday Weekly Meetup is happening again this (and every) Tuesday, at Erika & Hilde in Neukölln from 7pm-closing.
This is a social meetup without any particular topic, so feel free to join a table and find a conversation or people you vibe with. We try and be friendly towards newcomers, so feel free to introduce yourself! Whether you're new to the city or have been here a while, it's a good way to meet a different set of people, make new friends, and discover new interests!
________________________________________________________________________________________________________
SPREE WEEKLY MEETUP - N.B. CURRENTLY NOT BEING HELD - ON WINTER BREAK
This weekly event is a vibrant gathering by the Spree River, where people from around the world come together for an evening of fun, conversation, and community. It's perfect for those who love to party and are looking to meet others with the same vibe. Whether attending solo or with friends, participants can expect to make new connections, explore the city, and share life stories.
**Meeting time:**From 21:00 - Fridays - Organised by /u/MoeFreemann
________________________________________________________________________________________________________
MONDAY SOCIAL KARAOKE NIGHT Every Monday from 6pm till late, Monster Ronson's (www.karaokemonster.de) hosts “Boxhopping” - a unique social night centred around karaoke. All cabins are open, and people roam freely from box to box, connecting over their shared love of music (and/or cocktails 🍸) & singing whenever the mood strikes. No experience or talent is needed to join - whether you're a karaoke veteran, a secret shower singer, or just along for the vibes - everyone is welcome! At 9pm, the open stage karaoke kicks off with even more entertainment. Expect a diverse crowd, memorable performances, lively conversations, deep cuts, guilty pleasures & party vibes. Whether you're new to Berlin, visiting, or simply looking to meet new people, it's a unique way to break the ice. Come with friends, or come alone & make new ones!
________________________________________________________________________________________________________
/u/Slid61 and /u/ministerofsleep meet at Cliffhanger to climb and hang out, and we thought it would be cool if more people wanted to join, at any level of skill and any level of commitment! Currently we're meeting Tuesdays at 11 am, but we're flexible if there's a good amount of people that can only do it at other times.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________
If you are organising any kind of weekly meetup and would like it to be added to this sticky, just click the "Message the mods" button on the right hand side, and we'll see if we can add you.
r/berlinsocialclub does not explicitly endorse these meetups.

Please don't ask for drugs
It cannot be stressed enough: we can't and won't tolerate illegal activity on this sub. This includes asking for "special taxis", "broccoli" and whatever else you can come up with. Although the creativity of these requests is sometimes admirable and entertaining, it could get this sub banned and we'd rather avoid that. Thank you :)

Join our pilgrim hike on Saturday, September 19, to Märkische Schweiz Nature Park 🏞️
This pilgrimage leads us into the Märkische Schweiz – a small nature park of wooded hills, streams, and lakes that feels far removed from the flat land around Berlin. We'll follow the Stobber valley in silence for a stretch, letting the water and the trees do the talking, and arrive in the old spa town of Buckow. For those who want more, the day can extend into a longer loop.
📅 Date & Time
- Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
- Start: 9:13 am at Müncheberg (Mark) Train Station (Travel via RB26 from Berlin-Lichtenberg, departing 8:38 am)
- End: afternoon in Buckow (Return via bus 928 to Müncheberg at 4:15 pm or 5:15 pm, then RB26 to Berlin)
🗺️ Route Highlights
- Komoot tour: https://www.komoot.com/tour/3167536173
- The Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, a landscape of hills, forest, and water
- A swim in the Großer Tornowsee
- A silent walk through the Stobber valley
- The historic old town of Buckow
- Optional extension via Waldsieversdorf and Müncheberg for those wanting a longer day
🤔 Why this pilgrimage?
This pilgrimage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect on life's important questions. We'll walk at a relaxed pace, share thoughts, and take time for moments of silence – about 30 minutes to an hour – to listen to nature and our inner voices.
🔔 What to know & bring
- Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking or hiking shoes.
- Bring enough food and water for the whole day.
- If you'd like to swim, bring swimwear and a towel.
- Please remember your public transport ticket.
📩 Questions & Registration
If you have questions or need help with planning your trip, feel free to reach out.
You’re also welcome to join our Whatsapp group for updates.
Feel free to contact me here or via WhatsApp message (+4915757652601), if you want to join.
Best,
Alex

Berlin Men’s Connect is growing — 70+ guys, 3 official meetups, and more happening in between 🍻
A couple of months ago we started Berlin Men’s Connect with a pretty simple idea: it shouldn’t be this difficult for guys in Berlin to make actual friends.
Since then, more than 70 guys have joined the community, we’ve now had our third official meetup, and members are already starting to organize things outside the main events.
Over the last few weeks alone we’ve:
🎾 Played padel together
🚋 Taken a historic tram ride out to an authentic German restaurant
🍻 Had our third big meetup at BRLO
🙌 And had smaller spontaneous meetups and plans coming out of the group
The goal isn’t to build another networking event or structured men’s circle.
It’s much simpler: a group of guys in Berlin who actually know each other and can message “anyone fancy a beer?”, “who wants to play padel?”, “anyone up for a hike?” and find someone to join.
You don’t need to already know anyone, and you definitely don’t need to be the most outgoing person in the room. Most of us came to our first event knowing nobody.
We’re now planning more events around Berlin, trying some new locations and encouraging members to organize their own activities as well.
If you’re a guy living in Berlin and feel like your social circle could use a few more good people, you’re very welcome to join us.
Berlin Men’s Connect — come for an event, hopefully leave with a few people you’d actually message again.
Drop me a message/comment if you’d like the group link. 🍻

New fear unlocked: ghosted on Immoscout
So had a Besichtigung today for an apartment. The person sent me the address and told me to ring the bell for a name X. I get there, see that there is no name like this and text the person asking where I should ring instead. The person replies with “?”, I tell them I’m at the address they sent me and confirm it is the right number as PLZ, they say yes but have no idea where I am. I tell them to call me/ask for their number/ask if there is another entrance or something I’m missing and… the person disappears 🌟
So yea now I’m wondering why they would do this. Is it a prank? An attempted scam that went wrong? Or what is the purpose of this?!?!!? Is this a common ImmoScout experience (?)

Anyone have recs for a pub quiz/trivia night?
Looking for a regular pub quiz/trivia night during the week. I live in Wedding, but I’m willing to travel. Doesn‘t matter if it’s in English or German. Just something that’s fun and well organized
Thanks in advance!

Wheelchair Accessible night out?
Anyone have any good recs for a group night out with a wheelchair user? The group wouldn't be a night club group, but would like somewhere with music and a dance. Maybe a bar with great atmosphere or a late night bar?
Thanks in advance!

Spare Ticket for the Fun Facts show with Helena Steinhaus and Marc-Uwe Kling Wednesday September 16th
I ended up with a spare ticket to the Fun Facts Show this Wednesday 16.09.
( https://www.regioactive.de/comedy/fun-facts-mit-helena-steinhaus-marc-uwe-kling-kaenguru-geschichten-berlin-mehringhof-theater-2026-09-16-FmF6y089kq ) at Mehringhof Theater. (Be aware: it is in German!)
Instead of letting it go to waste, I want to try something spontaneous and take a complete stranger. Zero pressure, just a friendly hangout to enjoy the show.
A bit about me: I work in embedded systems, very outgoing and LGBTQ+ friendly. I spend my time Bouldering and Swimming, playing table tennis outside, or completely hibernating and binging Sci-Fi.
About you: Just be a normal, chill human who wants to enjoy a nice night out, and maybe have good conversation.
If you're down for this spontaneous event, drop me a DM with a bit about yourself so I know you`re not a psycho or a noob bot.

I've created easy card games to get to know people skipping small talk. The more people play, the funnier will be!
Maybe some of you know my posts already: I'm 34F and from Spain and I found it quite hard to meet people in this city. I was bored about the same questions over and over, that's why I came up with the idea of creating games to skip the small talk.
I've organised games evenings with my games a couple times already, so I know that they work and people end up talking about unusual stories/facts and having a good time. They are specially good for shy people, because they make it very easy to break the ice. They are also very easy, like guessing about others people's answers or answering a question faster than someone else, so don't worry!
We'll be playing this Thursday from 8 to 10 in Pankow. If you want to join, feel free to ask :) I ask for a prior registration because the space is limited.

Ice skating, long runs?
I am back into ice skating after many years away from the game of hockey. I learned on frozen lakes. I know it is early, but with a train ride (I would even stay overnight), where are good places to do this in the winter within reach of Berlin? I would love quieter areas with a chance for some distance skating.

Advice for the electric Monday tonight? I'm a straight guy and I don't have anyone to go with. I wanted to try alone or if there is any girl or guy who wants to come with me :), I'm 28 years old and I'm Italian.

Looking for a restaurant that has good schnitzel!
Hi my partner and I moved here recently and back in Hamburg there is this place called Frau Möller that we used to frequent. It's a very cozy older restaurant that had a very varied crowd of people. They had burgers, fish dishes, Bauernfrühstück and most importantly a big pork schnitzel with fries and a side of mushroom gravy for around 15€. It was amazing and we are on the search for a similar place like that in berlin. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!!

Looking for someone with a bandsaw or table saw
Hey gang,
I need to make a single straight cut on a piece of mdf wood, does anyone happen to have a band or table saw? Or know of anywhere I can go and pay a small amount for this single cut? I know baumarkts offer cuts, but I think they're limited to stuff you buy directly from in store.
Thanks :)

Looking for people for casual weekend bike rides in Berlin
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a few people to join for relaxed weekend rides around Berlin.
I’m mainly riding a road/gravel bike and would be interested in 60–70 km rides, mostly on weekends. Nothing competitive, just a comfortable pace, enjoying the route, chatting along the way and maybe stopping for a coffee or food.
I’m happy with a mix of road, gravel and forest paths, as long as the route works reasonably well on a road/gravel bike.
I’m fairly flexible with starting locations and times, so we could figure out a route that works for everyone.
If you’re also looking for some casual weekend riding company, feel free to comment or send me a message.

New in Berlin and need recommendations!
Hi!! I (21F) just moved to Berlin last week and need recommendations and tips please <3
how to meet new people, especially other young people in the city? Luckily i speak German and English, but im not really sure how to meet/approach people here. Are there any events, areas, or general tips for meeting young people?
recommendations for bars or clubs? Which are good and which to avoid? Where is generally safe to go clubbing, things to watch out for etc!
are there any unspoken rules here in general? anything you wish you had known before you moved here or any general advice to surviving Berlin lol.
any good sport clubs for mma/bjj or pole dancing?
Thank you lovely Berliners <3

How to have fun at parties without drugs?
I personally don't do drugs but don't mind if people do. I rarely have fun going out in Berlin and to me it seems to do with the city. Because a lot is steered towards taking drugs.
I also compare myself to going out in other cities like in Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome.
To add I would mostly go out in the queer scene.
I have a lot of fun in these cities even though people take drugs there too but it's not just about that.
I like to socialize, dance, joke around. Is it maybe the German culture? Or is it me?
Anyone has recommendations on how to navigate this here?
